Everything was quick and easy.  I used the meet & greet service as I was a lone female travelling at night and I couldn't fault it.  Service was effifient.  Driver was friendly.  Driver was there waiting when I arrived both times.  I've used other airport parking services and had horriffic experiences (broken key, damaged car, poor service etc...).  Trust me, this is the best out there.  I continue to use Purple Parking for the price and excelletn service.  Couldn't rate high enough.

Excellent service, car always cleaned well if you ask for it to be done.  
Last time I booked this PP had just 7 hours notice, and it all worked very smoothly.
It is a premium service at a premium price - even with a special offer discount.

We used Purple Parking for the first time and were very pleased with the service.  Everything was very well organised and it took us no more than 10 mins to get to the airport and vice versa.  We shall be using them for sure in future.  Excellent service and value, Many Thanks

We used the Southampton Meet and Greet Service.  Good price and the system worked very well.  We phoned from Rownhams services and the greeter was waiting for us.  He helped us with our luggage and took the car away.  On our return we phoned , having collected our luggage, and he was waiting with the car as promised.

He was the same man who we delivered the car to.  He was very polite and helpful.  I could not fault the service and would certainly use it again - subject to price- and would recommend others try it.

Didn't realised that there are 2 Purple Parking sites near Heathrow and we drove up at the wrong one. A very helpful girl there though gave us very clear directions to the correcti park which was necessary as it would have been difficult to find otherwise.
After landing at Heathrow a similar problem for us as the Purple buses for both parking sites turn up at the same stop so had to ask the driver which car park it was going to. This seemed to annoy the driver as if it should have been obvious to us that his shuttle wasn't going where we wanted to.
A mixture of excellent Customer Service matched with ignorance then from the staff, but the parking process and convenience was fine

Very convenient place to park, close to airport, with shuttle bus provided to take you down to the terminal. Easy to check-in and out. Wasn't confusing to find the location of the car, the area is well signposted. Found it safe.

I have used PP for several years and while there have been minor hiccups with collection from the airport the overall experience has been good. My latest booking was executed in exemplary fashion, no delays, bus waiting on arrival simply by following instructions provided and thanks to modern data communications employed by the company. Highly recommended.

Used PP for the first time and found it very good and efficient.  Only reason for not giving it 5* was that the collection on our return was rather slow - which we gathered from our driver was maily due to staff availability.  Reading other reviews, this is the main reason for negative complaints, so come on PP - do something about it!  However, we wouldn't hesitate to use PP again.

Insufficient buses to cope with busy periods.  Fine inbound service (well organised prompt etc), but coming back it took us nearly an hour from phoning on collecting luggage to collecting car.  Most of this time was waiting for a van - first was full, second was for business customers only, and it became a bit of a bun-fight to get on third as the (disorganised) queue grew considerably!

Had to wait over an hour at the bus stop before a minibus came. When we got to the car park, we were given the wrong keys with my name against them! Not a great experience. I wouldn't recommend Purple due to these things.

Used Purple Parking for the second time last week and they were just as brilliant as the first time, would highly recommend to anyone travelling but especially those with children. There is nothing worse than coming back to cold Britain but it is made a lot better by having a nice warm car ready for everyone to jump into, drop off service was excellent, thank you.

Always use Purple Parking whenever we travel from Heathrow. Again usual, puntual and prompt service when dropping off and picking up car. Would recommend to anyone travelling from Heathrow.

Very disappointed with the feedback I got from your reception.  Due to no fault of ours (hurricane Sandy) our flights were cancelled along with our holiday.  However a full refund was given to us by the airline and the holiday company.  We were not looking for a refund from Purple Parking but perhaps a credit towards  our next holiday, none of which was forthcoming.  We will be travelling from Heathrow next year but will NOT  be using  Purple Parking.  We have used PP on numerous occasions, if Airline and Holiday companies can refund /credit us why can't purple parking.
