Use Purple Parking Meet & Greet valet service when we travel for holidays. Saves a lot of messing around not having to waiting for buses to take you to your car. Service has always been good and car always waiting in the parking lot. T5 is very straight forward as you drive into the car park and simply hand over you car and walk into the terminal building. Keep up the good work. Oh and much less expensive than those BAA guys !

I waited more than 45 minutes in a cold and rainy night... Driver showed up so late and didnt bother to show any sympathy.... Just said there is only one bus tonight !!!! Horrible service

Easy to find and helpful staff.
But a bit of a wait to be picked up @ Terminal 3 Heathrow.
Car was ready & waiting under cover when we got to the site, so easy to load up the car in the dry.
I have used them a few times and will do so again.

We were very pleased with the service. We phoned when we left the plane as requested and received a message to say that our car was waiting for us at terminal 5. We made our way to the car park and when we got out of the lift our car was the first thing we saw. We were very impressed. Thank you.

We have used PP for flights from Heathrow on many occasions, both at the Hayes site and the meet and greet service.
We have always received exemplary service and efficiency no matter when our flights have been departing or arriving at Heathrow. Only on one occasion have we had to wait more than 15 minutes for a shuttle back to Hayes. This service represents excellent value for money and we will continue to use PP for future travel.

very easy to find, not too far from Heathrow. Found the whole set up extremely proffessional, didn't have to wait too long at either transfer to the airport. Would definitely use again

Stansted Meet & Greet - Very good service, no waiting for the driver on arrival or when we returned despite the fact that I got our return time wrong (my fault). Have used before and will continue to do so in future.

Overall a good service only spoilt by the fact on return to T1 we had to wait over 30 minutes on bus stop 5 to be picked up, we had been travelling for 24 hours. During our wait 3 flightpath buses came and gone!!!

I normally use the meet and greet service but tried the business parking at Heathrow for a 2 day trip. The facilities were good and booking etc was easy. Unfortunately, it was let down by the experience with the buses. On arrival, there was no clarity which bus was going where and when. I had to ask. Once I found one going to the right terminal, we waited at least 10 minutes on the bus before departing. The return was worse. Having called to confirm my arrival, I waited 35 minutes, found myself chasing on the phone and watched 3 long stay vehicles come and collect passengers! Administration great. Core service of getting me to and from the airport promptly poor. Very disappointing.

Would not use again - drop off and pick up from the airport was fine but vehicle's wing mirror casing on one side and actual wing mirror on the other side was smashed on return. Price for parking was good but repairs to vehicle cancel this out!

All went smoothly on the way out, but on the return the driver was officious, unfriendly and sarcastic.
He seemed to very irritated that his bus was full and would not give out the keys, until he decided it was time, and then he just threw them down on the floor, for everyone to rummage. It may be cheaper, but, like anything in this life, you get what you pay for.

I seriously doubt I would use Purple Parking again, it just takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bag!!

We were really pleased with the service from purple parking.  Dropping off the car was easy then a bus right to the terminal and we only had to wait 10 minutes on our return and were dropped right back to the car.  No complaints and it was also the cheepest we could find.  Only small pointer is the buses run from 3.30 in the morning which wa perfect for us as we had an early flight, but I found it difficult to find this information on the website.  However I rang them up and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful, so another plus for purple parking, will definately use again.

Everything was quick and easy.  I used the meet & greet service as I was a lone female travelling at night and I couldn't fault it.  Service was effifient.  Driver was friendly.  Driver was there waiting when I arrived both times.  I've used other airport parking services and had horriffic experiences (broken key, damaged car, poor service etc...).  Trust me, this is the best out there.  I continue to use Purple Parking for the price and excelletn service.  Couldn't rate high enough.
