Parking at Purple adds at least an hour to your journey. If you live in the South East also 2 x 15 minutes to find the location as it is on the other side of Heathrow. It took 10 minutes before the mini-bus left the parking lot, 20 minutes to get to the airport and 20 minutes on way back waiting at busstop 5 before we reached the parking lot after 15-20 minutes.

Lovely welcome to service when dropping car off, despite it being 4am. Excellent service all round. Would use again and they also mentioned the potential to have your own car driven to the airport to pick you up ... If the price was acceptable when that service is added I'll be requesting that too! Very happy with purple parking.

We thought Purple Parking was good value for the money. We could have paid 4 times more and used the airport parking. It was nice to just have to call the number provided pryor to going through passport control  and the van was waiting for us after we collected our luggage-took us directly to our car. I will certainly take advantage of this service again.

Have used PP at Heathrow and Gatwick previously but on this occasion flying out of Manchester thought I would try meet and greet for the first time.
Unable to make the advance call 10 minutes prior to arrive because of using motorways, had to wait about 8 minutes for someone to arrive, no problem at 5.15am.
On return had to wait about 5 minutes for the car to arrive, have waited a lot longer for a car park transfer bus on many occasions.
Will certainly use PP again and will consider meet and greet if the price is right,

When ever compare prices for heathrow parking purple parking is the cheapest. It is the furthest out but the speed of checkin and transfer to the terminal aren't much more than other car parks. The whole process of drop off and collection is simple. I would recommend them to any traveller.

Very very happy with there service , really helpful used 'meet and greet' the gentlemen showed me directions to the terminal. Straight foward booking procedure good price too.  Even more happy when I landed didn't have to wait they even scrapped the ice off my car. Will use this company over and over again :)

A new person on the scene = Purple Parking

Drop-off   = 8/10   needs a sign on top of a car saying Purple Parking etc etc
collection = 8/10    ditto  we had to find the driver - it should have been the otherway round
                           why not a Purple (or RED) Hi-Vis jacket
Price       =10/10   Excellent value for money

the service we recieved on dropping the car was great. i normally just use the airport parking but xame across this one whichsaved me money and was no hassle. when we got there the oeople directed us to where we needed to go and what we needed to do and then they have small minibuses to get to the terminal. we arrived in plenty of time which was good as like with anywhere there was about a 10 min wait. on arrival from our holiday we called the number given assoon as we got off the planeand they said great we will see you at the specified bus stop. this was the onlybit where i felt we had an unnecessary wait as the lady had not expresssed a delay and for the time we got in, it was notbusy at the airport or traffic on the roads and wecwere kept waiting for a while. the guy that picked us up though was apologetic and very nice. i will definitely usethis option again however as that was only one minor detail.

The price was very good - however the transfer times to and from the airport were less ideal than other parking providers at Heathrow. For personal use, I would consider Purple Parking again but for Business, I probably would go elsewhere.

I have used the meet & great service several times before at Heathrow and Gatwick and found it to be excellent.

On this occasion however, I was really not impressed to find on my drive home, A BALLED UP MCDONALDS WRAPPER AND SNICKERS WRAPPER IN THE SIDE POCKET OF THE DRIVERS DOOR!!!!!

They certainly werent mine which leaves me to deduce that the nice man who met me then decided to go for a quick jolly in my car!!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!! I found myself asking "Where else has he been with my car???" MAKE SURE YOU CLOCK YOUR MILEAGE, WISH I HAD!!!! 

Coupled with the fact that my car was 20 minutes late for the Meet & Great on my return, this particular time was a complete shambles!!!

I will be seeking alternate arrangements in future... I didnt report the issue as, much like this comment, I have no faith that the matter would be resolved. Had it not been for you sending me an email for my feedback, I wouldnt have bothered. Any comments welcomed although not expected!!!

i was running late to the car park and in turn running late for my flight.  Arrive at purple business parking at 19.10 and needed to be at T5 and through security by 19.40, thought no way.. not gonna make it, but told the bus driver that i thought i was going to miss my flight and as soon as i was in the van he left straight away, no hanging around and asked me what time i needed to be there and sure enough, delivered me within plenty of time and i even managed to grab a snack before boarding.

Great service provided by FSS via purple parking at a v good price, dispite fact they weren't expecting us (my fault - put wrong time on booking form !) Quick, easy trip to airport & back. big bonus that car waiting & warmed when we picked it up :) Only thing was that signage not that obvious esp in the dark, but as it says on the instructions, go past jet parks & its next on your right - looks like you're going into a farm !

Only 5 minute bus ride from car park at East Midlands. Only 1 problem, we couldn't get in or out of the car park (shuttle plus) as they said we wasn't on their system even though we had pre booked and had our reference number. They eventually let us out.

Have used Purple Parking on several occasions and have always been happy with their service. Used 'Meet and Greet' at Heathrow. On arrival I was met by a cheerful young man who gave directions to the Terminal. Unfortunately I had advised Purple of the wrong Terminal for my return, however after explaining this, the car was delivered to the correct Terminal without any fuss.
