Excellent service, they did everything exactly the way they said they would. The car was waiting for us at Heathrow on return which was so much nicer than waiting for a shuttle bus after a long flight. Very good communication, all emails answered almost immediately. The first time I've used Purple Parking and it won't be the last.

Had a very early start out of Manchester and loads of lugage. Purple Parking offered an excellent deal on parking in the multi storey adjacent to the terminal, the car park is undergoing an upgrade on its barrier system but PP described the new system perfectly by e-mail prior to the holiday. Only worry was that despite being pre-paid the barrier was trying to demand £280 to allow exit, soon resolved via the intercom button, will without doubt use the service again.

I used Purple Parking Meteor Meet and Greet at Stansted over the new year and the whole experience right through from the online booking was quick, easy and professional. Staff were excellent at drop off, pick up and also on the phone. I have booked the same service in February but was surprised to see an Airport Access Fee added that made it slightly more expensive than competitors but i have stayed loyal as you can't beat the good customer service that I received.

Purple parking is cheap, which is great; however, there is a reason for this - the service is missing. On the plus side, the instructions to get to the car park are easy to follow, we drove straight there. The operation is simple and clear - drive up, collect your ticket and key bag, park your car, load your cases into the mini bus trailer, give your keys to the driver and off you go. Perfect, what could be simpler? At this point the service seems great and you are glad you chose the cheap option. Then you return from your holiday, jet lagged and ready to get home, in need of great, simple service - but this is not what you get. You are given a ticket with a number on it and told to call as soon as you land, you do this, thinking that this means a mini bus will be arriving soon - you are wrong! You get out side, struggling with bags, suitcases, a toddler and a baby. You find that there is a long queue of people already and a bunch of staff members. You assume that these employees are there to help, that they will look after you, or that they will call up a minibus as there are enough people waiting. This is not the case. You wait and wait, the employees disappear, there is no sign of a bus, an hour slips by. then a bus arrives, the driver loads people on in a random order and the bus zooms off out of sight. You have to battle with the other disgruntled customers to fight for your place on the bus and argue with the driver, hoping that someone will notice the exhausted (and now sleeping) children in your arms, and the fact that you were at the front of the queue and therefore it is your turn to get on the bus and go. Eventually the driver concedes and you and your family are permitted to ride. Then it all becomes simple again, the bus drops you at the car park, the driver gives you your keys, you find your car and off you go. In order for my husband and me to use this service again, we would need to know that the airport pick up section of this service had been improved. It just needs a bit more thought and organisation to take out the stress for customers and the drivers, to ensure people are picked up promptly and in a fair order. Otherwise, this is a reasonable service for the price.

Purple parking was indeed the cheapest place to leave our car for the 3 weeks we needed over christmas, service is quick, easy and very good. Shuttle buses to Heathrow are frequent and we never waited more then 5 minutes. Would easily recommend and use again, Thankyou very happy

We are impressed by their speed and efficiency.
We missed our connection in Frankfurt and arrived 5 hours later than planned. 
We rang as instructed before clearing customs and the bus was waiting for us.

The service was excellent. Friendly greetings at both drop off and pick up. Its a few months since Ive used the service at T 5 but it is much improved and very efficient. So much so Ive booked again for later in the year.

As usual we were impressed by the good efficient service provided by Purple Parking on our latest visit to the USA.
We continue to consider that Purple Parking provides very good value indeed for money and especially for long stay. It certainly beats the price and reliability of using taxis.

Through Purple Parking I booked Aardvark Meet & Greet service from Stansted.  I cannot fault the service.  Price was excellent, drop off very easy right outside the terminal.  We did have to wait 15 mins. from collecting luggage for car to be brought back which we had expected especially as it was a very busy time.  Handover very courteous.  They had even put paper on the floor at the front to protect our mats as it was so wet!  Would use again and would recommend.

Not impressed with the pick-up service when I returned. Waited for over 30 minutes to be picked up, however 3 business service buses arrived/departed during this period. Will re-think whether it would be better for me to pay for a hotel that has car parking when I come back in August. It's a shame, because the previous time I used you, it was absolutely terrific, hence my using you a second time.

I used Purple Parking several times when traveling via Heathrow as it seems to be the cheapest option.

 

The service is good: friendly and helpful members of staff, frequent and fast connections with terminals.

 

The mini buses that are used for transporting passengers between the terminals and the parking are very basic. They are small and old. I think this part of the service could be improved.

Used Purple parking for many years because the cheap prices and excellent services. Last year, we parked at Birmingham and Manchester (Meet & Greet), this year it's London Heathrow and Gatwick. Booking online was quick and easy, all car parks were easy to find following the directions given; members of staff were friendly and helpful, and all drivers were keen to help with our languages. What more can we say, will definitely use Purple parking again.
