Good, fast and reliable service from drop off and to pick up, oh and very friendly too! We phoned for pick up after we picked up the cases and headed to the exit, the bus turned up to collect us the moment we reached the pick up point, which was all of a 3 minute walk.
I would definitely use these guys again without hesitation!
This was the first time we had used Purple Parking and we were very impressed with the service. Everything was very straightforward from booking through to collecting our car on arrival back in the UK.
Being able to walk out of the terminal, staright to your car is a real bonus and so much easier after a long flight.

Very good value for money. Good secure site, and prompt action on arrival. if I was to make an adverse comment it would be the slight delay waiting to be picked up from the terminal. After a 30 hour flight, you start to get a short fuse when waiting in the cold. Overall very good and would use again
My daughter and I had to wait in the cold (sleet of snow falling) for an hour! That's the last thing we would want after a 17-hour flight! When the bus finally came the driver was not very helpful and expected me and my daughter to lift our heavy luggage ourselves. Not very impressed!
Great service, one small suggestion as Purple Parking is the agent (people who booked through Purple parking would associate this as the service) and the people who provide the service are named something else (at Gatwick Airport CFP) Some puple parking branding on the pick up/dop off vehicles would help the tired passengers locate the correct transport to collect their car from.
The parking fee seemed very reasonable and far less than the cost of a minicab between Harrow and Heathrow. However, the advertised transit time between the the car park and Terminal 5 might not be entirely accurate. One also needs to factor in availability of the bus - it may be several minutes before setting off. Once on the bus it seems take rather longer than 15 minutes - at busy times it must be nearer 30 minutes. There can be upwards of a 10-minute wait at Terminal 5 on the return leg. Finally, why is it necessary to use a non-geographical telephone number to ring in when returning -- a landline number is free on my tariff plan, but the non-geographical number is pricey. These things matter for a non-business user...
I live in Tamworth and although Birmingham airport is only 25 minutes away, taxis come up at around 50 to 60 pounds return. Used APH through Purple Parking which cost just 10pounds so incredibly pleased. Was quick and smooth and was at the airport within minutes. Upon return only had to wait about 7 minutes for the shuttle bus where the keys were waiting for me as soon as I stepped into reception. Excellent service, would most definatly recommend and use again. (And I was travelling with 3 boys under 8 years old!)
We used Purple Parking to book parking at Manchester Airport. Arrived at 3am to be told they had no record of the 'paid' booking for one of the cars even with the reference numbers and printed emails to hand. They had a booking for the second car but it was for the wrong dates. The car park guys let us in eventually saying the Purple hadn't passed them the correct information. Not a great start standing freezing in a car park. Tried to leave the car park a week later and had similar problems. After talking to a box in the car park for 30 mins they finally let us out. Manchester airport claim they hadn't been passed the bookings, saying we should pay them again then and take it up with Purple Parking. All in all, a very poor service and experience which we won't be using in the future.
Poor, incredibly poor service.
things were stolen from car and bag i had left in boot
was open when i returned and things taken out and removed.
Called bus at 5pm from airport, arrived 50mins later.
Driver stopped on way back for 15mins for phone call.
Will never use again.

I have used Purple Parking a couple of times before now. Do feel uncomfortable leaving my keys. But as I leave nothing valuable in the car and the car is not a car that anybody would want to race I accept it. This time we left the car mid December and came back to the car on 31st December. Once we eventually located the car we got in and started the car. Lots of warning lights came on and stayed on.
We drove the car home with the warning lights. The speedo was not working, the reversing bleepers were not working and the fuel gauge kept saying it was empty. Error message kept asking us to take the car to the workshop to sort the emissions. . The car was fine when we left it. We could not be bothered to ask Purple Parking what they had done to the car as they would say it was like that when we left it!
Took it to my normal garage to get it fixed and they could not find the fault. They recommended I took it to authorised SEAT garage. Which I did. They identified the fault as the control unit linked to the ABS unit. They said jump starting the car incorrectly would have messed the electrics up.
So now I am nervous about leaving my car where I have to leave the keys. I appreciate the battery can go flat but getting it jump started MUST be done the right way. Cost of getting my car fixed - £751! Happy New year.
overall a good service... found it a bit unclear how to get to the carpark itself given the description on the website and email confirmation.... staff at the main reception once you enter are very polite and helpful, but it ends there... coach drivers to the airport terminal woud not help me with my two suitcases nor give clear directions of which coach to get on too.... also on returning back instructions on where to be picked up was not clear and when I rang to ask, the person who answered was not really interested in giving directions..... overall a good service (price kind of ok) but need to work on the customer service aspect for the staff big time....
Purple Parking offer an excellent service with the utmost of efficiency. Look out for the discount advertised because it can be misleading if the detail is not read. I have been using them for years but never achieved 25% discount. I am now aware of that and they will continue to be my first option for airport parking.
We used the airport drop off & return which worked well on the return. The outbound location had changed to level. 2 car park but thet had not emailed us so we went to old drop off - luckily one of their people in a mini bus arrived & sorted it out. If they had let us know of the change in advance would be 5* £12 per day including pick up & car drop off was great value
