I have just got back from Holiday flying from London Heathrow and using Purple Parking to look after the car.
From booking to driving off it was efficient, polite and professional. Very easy to book and surprisingly fairly priced.
Full marks would recommend to anyone and will definately use again.
Flying can be a pain, thanks P P for making it that bit smoother.

Ive used this service twice at Heathrow, first time the staff were rude and very unhelpful,i put this down to being ealy morning and a one off. Ive used them again and same rudeness and cannot be bothered attitude. Even worse when i called to say i had landed only to have a rude women raise her voice at me because i didnt know the NATO Phonetic Alphabet (Romeo Foxtrot Delta etc) Maybe you should put this on the return card for reference. Believe me i am not one for complaining but after this second time i sure am.
This would be a great service if only the staff would be more helpful and polite. I mean this is the beginning of your trip/holiday etc I WONT BE USING AGAIN.

Excellent service made so easy. No waiting arround got off the plain, on a minibus dropped off at the car no messing. Great value for money. Definitely use them again.

My only negative comment would be that having chosen the Meet and Greet option, and having been told to ring Airparks when we collect our baggage, we were told that the car would be with us in 15 minutes. I would have thought that to lessen this amount of waiting time, it would be better to tell customers to 'phone Air Parks when they first arrive at the carousel.

We used the meet and greet at Manchester Terminal 1, which was offered at a very good price! We even wondered whether we had misread the price but we hadn't. On arrival there was a youngman to take the car from us, who was polite professional andvery competent. We arrived at check in unstressed and left for a week.
Our arrival back was a little early and as instructed we called after collecting our baggage. Our car and the same young man were waiting as we got to the drop of point. We checked the car, loaded the cases and set of for home at the time we were due to land!
We will use this service again and will recommend the service to others.

Good value for money and the arrangement of leaving my car,minbus to T3,collection of us shortly after arrival early in the morning and collection of our car all worked effeciently, We left plane at 5.20 and were driving away from the car park within 45 mins. BA,Immigration(passport control) and baggage collection,my car collection all worked well

I have used previously to T1 & T3 and were very good, this time though to T4, collection was slow, driver was in no hurry even after we had to re-route due to road closure, spent 30-40 mins in transit .......... not the 15 it says on the tin !!

I have used purple parking on numerous occasions but always on a meet and greet basis, this time i used them on the basis of dropping the car at the depot and them bringing the car to the airport terminal, this is not a good service, the instructions was that we should meet our car at the bay in the terminal, we stood 10 mins waiting for our car with 4 suitcases and after a 10 hour flight........not good, I left my husband with the cases and went looking for the meeter and greeter, I found my car but no sign of the staff member!!! Amember of a different company pointed me in the right direction, the staff from purple parking was stood at the pay machine with a box of keys and was waiting for us to find him, not good. I was very dissapionted and although always happy with the meet and greet service in the past will not use the drop off service again and will shop around the competitors, thought this was very lasy and very expensive!!!

This was the second occasion I had used the service and was very pleased. First time of use they had the wrong day/time for collection, but ran smoothly second time.

The parking worked really well for us. We found the place very easily, due to great directions. We were checked in effortlessly and on a bus to the airport in minutes. The drivers both there and back were helpful and assisted with the luggage. The journey to the airport (North terminal) was less than 15 minutes door to door. I would recommend this parking to anyone. :-)

We returned to Heathrow Terminal 3 after an 8 hour flight. The Purple Parking bus was there and left with a full load. Unfortunately one family had lost their parking ticket and did not point out to the driver until we were about to get onto the M4 that they were in the business parking site. The driver decided to turn back to Heathrow and then to the business parking site - wrongly putting the ticketless family ahead of all the other passengers. Consequently instead of a 15 minute journey it took 45 minutes. We were then handed the keys to someone else's car when we arrived back at Purple Parking despite the details in the plastic bag being for us. This should not happen if the parking company is being responsible and organised. All in all a great disappointment - we will not use Purple Parking again.

Great service - it was much more convenient and relaxed leaving and collecting the car in the short stay car park than the drop-off point outside the terminal building. Would be great if you offered a valet service to clean the car at a reasonable price - i.e. £10-15.
