I went to Headquarterz for a brazillian blow dry on the recommendation of a friend last November, and was very impressed indeed! Elsa is really good company, and clearly knows what she is doing.
The salon has welcoming, cool vibe. The keratin blow dry I received is the best I have had. ANd I have tried them all! It made my hair look and feel healthy and shiny, polished and really smooooth. It also lasts and lasts as I have only just gone back and had it redone in March, so it has lasted over 4 months.
I will go back to headquarterz and would highly recommend them.

I was looking to find a hairdresser locally that didn't charge West End prices but were still able to style a mans hair properly. I took a chance on HeadQuartz and will definitely be back. Francesco cut my hair and he nailed it. New fan with a new hairdresser.

BKT... Great service, very professional & friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Great work & attention to what I asked... not bad given my poor explanations. Treatment lasted twice as long as it should because of the effort put in. Trusted whole heartedly

I was really nervous about my first ever hairdressing experience but now I'm so glad I've found Headquarterz! I was completely put at ease, treated with respect and the results were perfect.

For years, I used to be phobic - with good cause - about Hairdressers, but then I met Douglas, the genius, who now presides over the heaven that is Headquarterz. The salon is not on my doorstep - although it is more central than one might think - but it is well worth the tiny trek, in every way. HQ is not only a wonderful , pampering salon - it is more like a fun, friendly meeting-place - a relaxing, cosmopoltan melting pot. It is stylish, but not pretentious. Thanks to Douglas and his excellent team, Francesco and Elsa, you can arrive, feeling a wreck, with the tattiest nightmare of a mop, but you leave, feeling great and looking magically transformed. Trust me, but others will tell you so. So, go!
Price? Not sure why it is not more expensive!!??

HeadQuarterz are an amazing hair salon. FACT.
I first started going to Marcio in 2010 and realised I had FINALLY found a wonderful salon with highly experienced hair professionals who truly know how to cut, colour and style. They know that hairdressing is not just a skill...but an art and these guys, not forgetting Elsa, are hair artists.
Douglas is fantastic and very adept at understanding what clients need; whether it's a chat, a cheering up, to listen or just be present without talking as sometimes that's just what we need. Douglas does my highlights with such expertise that people comment on how subtle and amazing my highlights look and how well my hair is cut.
Everyone at HeadQuarterz is highly experienced and are such lovely people!

I have been coming here for a few years and even though I now live in Dubai, I refuse to let anyone touch it over here, so I always make sure I make an appointment with Douglas when I'm back in town. I'm pretty particular about who touches my hair and I trust Douglas to take care of it - which he always does and so I keep coming back here. I have very dark hair and Douglas has managed to lighten it significantly making it look natural and without frying it or turning it a hideous colour. I am always happy with the results and the service is wonderful.

I have been going to HeadQuarterz for around three and half years now - originally recommended by my boyfriend, who is still going also... I've had it all - highlights, full head colour, cut, style, Brazilian Keratin Treatment, and every time I have walked in feeling at home (all thanks to the lovely Elsa), and walked out happy. I would highly recommend Douglas and his team and will continue to go back time after time. Great atmosphere, great people, great service!

Never been to the place and wear my hair long myself, but when my women found out the hairdresser has a site now I had to come here and leave my comment. All I know is she comes back from there looking FANTASTIC, and always in a good mood too, which is rare with women after a visit at the hairdresser. I'm very very fussy about hair, women's in particular, and my woman is exceptionally beautiful so I'd hate for the wrong hairdressing to undermine her, but to my surprise - it doesn't, quite the contrary. this is the first time with anyone I find the hairdressing perfect, wouldn't change a thing about it. Even better - it lasts for a long time. sometimes months after the dressing the beautiful shape is still there, the cut, the hair falls on her shoulders perfectly, and compliments her face from all angles in a beautiful fassion, adding to my pleasure of looking at her and enjoying her beauty.
Thank you guys for a consistently excellent job, complimenting my woman's natural beauty so much, to my absolute delight!

Me and my girlfriend come all the way from Brighton to have our haircuts with Douglas! I can't remember how many years ago I had my first one and since then... Great professional! Not only excellent hairdressers but also nice, caring and absolutely reliable! The coffee is also the best...Would recommend HeadQuarterz to anyone! Keep the good work! A G

I have known Douglas for the last 12 years and since then I do my hair with him....it does not matter the location I go wherever he is to have the best hair treatment...Douglas is very professional, he extremelly cares about providing an outstanding job, he gives an honest advice as/when requested...I have to say he is a perfectionist, which in this case works for me...I mean for my hair!
I have had a haircut, a blow dry, the brazilian keratin, I've coloured my hair...everything is always top quality, I receive compliments about my hair all the time...even from the most fussy people I know.
Needless to say...everyone is very helpful and friendly in a very dynamic and pleasant enviroment...having my hair done in such a place with such an excellent result is rare...especially in London. Thanks Douglas & Team! See you soon!! Kamila

I've been coming to HeadQuarterz for two years now. The first time I came they made me feel so welcome and attended to my hair so perfectly (after a keratin treatment I had in a different salon which turn into a nightmare) I never looked back. Elsa my stylist now treated my scalp and brought my hair back to life. All the stylists are so nice including the owner Douglas who's got a heart of gold. Since I've been styling my hair at HeadQuarterz I've been receiving so many compliments about how healthy and beautiful my hair look. A few relatives and friends have been introduced to the salon as well. Definitely the place to be if you want your hair to look your best.

I got a Brazilian blow dry last week at headquarterz after having had a bad experience at another salon a few months ago and I can't begin to say how happy I am with the results!!! I found headquarterz on google and went by chance and I'm completely blown away by the results, my hair looks so soft and healthy and now takes 5 minutes to style instead of half an hour! I think i've found my new hair salon in London.

The best place I ever been to for a Brazilian Hair Treatment. Alberto (I hope I got his name right!), Douglas, and the Italian chap were all brilliant! I had my hair done prior to me leaving for Dubai and all throughout my stay there, people were admiring how lovely my hair was!

Just got an outstanding haircut from Douglas of HeadQuarterz
I have been warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and treated like a proper guest. Douglas carefully listened to what I was specifically looking for and asked the right questions. It is always important to be understood especially for haircuts. The result is simply impressive and I am so glad that I have found my new hairdresser.
I strongly recommend the salon and will definitely come back.
