Vaux was the tragic thatre story in which Fouquet, faithful minister, spent a life prison sentence for a robbery crime committed by others, the jealousy of the ambitious ones and a bit too much gallantry and splendor. The garden of Vaux le Vicomte is laid over 3 kilometres. This reflects the major commitment to innovation of FOUQUET and of LE NÔTRE. The garden can be visited by lovely little electric cars, which enables you to visit the whole place quite fast. Superb caslt, well looked after, well furnished and animated by comedians.
