I have never felt so stupid in my life. Before you pay everybody is nice, and they let you think they have tons of properties that meet your criteria, and right after you pay everything goes down, they never answer the phone nor the mails, when finally you have an appointment is something that has nothing to do with what you´re looking for, and when you complaint about it they´re absolutely rude.
I know that sadly I wasted my 120 pounds and they are never going to find me a home. I´m reporting them to the Citizens advice Bureau and hope that they can do something for me.

As any other accommodation agency, you will find positive and negative reviews. But it's all about how lucky you are. If they send you to see a place and you like it, then you will think that the agency is good. In any case, the service is rubish.
The website is never up-to-date so your only option is to get hold of them to see what they have got available. And you will really struggle to get hold of them. Remember that they just put you in touch with other landlords, agencies, or clients. They do NOT check whether the description of the properties are right, or even the address, they have no idea where they are sending you to. You normally end up going to see places that you would never see.
The service is pathetic as it makes no sense to pay a fee at front without any guarantee or comittment to you. In other words, once you pay, it is all over, they do not care about you any more. What would they? If you chase them up of course they will get you some appointments (otherwise this would be just ilegal!). But if you do not, they will never give you call or email you with properties as any other proper agency does (the reason is simple, any other agency will want you to see their properties because if you pick one of theirs it's when they make money as you will pay a post-fee!)
Anyway there is not much choice in London, and if they did their job in a proper and fair way this type of service would be very useful. But unfortunately this is not the case.
Do not waste your money, you can do many things with 120 pounds. Do you own search on zoopla, rightmove, gumtree, get in touch with proper agencies where you only pay a fee if you go ahead with the property, there are plenty of those, believe me, even for low price accommodation. And if you see a nice property on one of this websites which is marketed by Interlet, do not worry, because I will be no longer avaiable. It is just bait for new people.
I knew this could happen when I joined them, but I decided to trust them. What a dissapointment. I have found accommodation through a different agency and of course I have had to pay the fee of the new agency.

Disgusted by how we are being ignored by staff members. I have reported them to the Citizen's Advice Bureau and they have to give us a refund. Do not use such an incompetent company. We were fooled to sign up because of the properties they were advertising. We did not see one. The receptionist cannot put you on the phone to the manager because she does not "deal with these issues." Avoid!

Interlet charge an expensive upfront fee for service that is much, much worse than any free agency. They tell barefaced lies about available properties in order to get you to pay the fee - it then turns out the properties are not available or way, way out of the budget range you specified. Interlet staff are really good at seeming friendly and reasonable before they've got your money and when it's no hassle to them, but the second you don't go along with the scam they turn around and become aggressive and deceitful, and try to force you to pay way above your budget for worse rooms than you were promised.
DO NOT USE.

This is no excuse. I am currently with you right now and have never had such terrible service, it is so bad you cannot even call it a service. My consultant is Senait and cannot even stick to requirements and has ignored our calls. You pay for a service up front and all you get is nothing.

************DO NOT USE THESE LYING CHEATING DISHONEST PEOPLE******************
The service is poo, you have to constantly contact them, then you get attitude from members of staff who clearly need a lesson in customer services!
They claim that the website is updated every week, that is complete bollocks.
They claim they have the properties on their website available, which is utter rubbish a blatant lie.
Once you have paid your £110 to they will arrange for you to see these properties on their website, however the properties miraculously are taken which is clearly false advertisment as they have been taken months if not years ago.
