A good locals pub. Reasonable food at good prices . Friendly staff. Has a bar for locals a lounge and consevatory. Nice log fire in the winter. Has a variety of real ales as well .good real ale festival every year . Has football on saturdays . Villa pub. So more villa games shown . Worth a visit has outdoor area and small kids play area

This place is ok to go for a quiet drink. There are four different rooms plus an outside, roofed smoking area and a play area. There is a large car park which you have to walk across to get to the play area.
The staff aren't unfriendly but there is an air of it being a bit "local pub for local people". It's fairly clean and they serve food although I didn't find the place welcoming enough to return to find out what the meals were like.
The drinks however, are well priced.
