customer service is awful and post office staff are miserable in this store but the selection is great!

Has all the basics you would expect to find in a WH Smith, the fact that it has a post office inside is a definite bonus! Doesn't feel like a normal hectic post office and I felt everything was neat and orderly in there. Will definitely pop in again. It was free of kids but it was 11am!

Small but perfectly formed. Not a full selection of the usual WH Smith stuff but a good selection of chocolate, books and a tiny tiny selection if cards.

There is a scribbler if you need stationary or cards so this WH Smirh fills in when you need something as a gift or some chocolate :-)

OK selection of modern chart performers on CD and DVD. Very small section of the store though. Some bargains to be had but the place has seen better days and no one seems bothered.

Good selection, poor organisation and crap service.

Another chain store in the kings mail shopping centre, this is located right in the corner as you enter the shopping centre.It`s quite big and has most sections that you would find in any branch of WH smith. Also has quite a large Post office which is nice and handy.

They have a good range of books and DVD and cd. Also they sells toys. They have a large section of office supplies.

At xmas they do lots of gift ideas have always have 3 for 2 offers.

Also if you just want a read at lunch time many magazine to browse through

This is a reasonably sized branch of W H Smiths, hidden away in the Kings Mall shopping centre in Hammersmith. (There’s a very small one in the shopping centre next to the underground station, but that’s too small to be of use for anything beyond sweets and newspapers.)

This branch has the full range of magazines, with an audio and DVD section, as well as an extensive range of the expected stationery and cards. I fled there after fighting in vain with the excitable 14-year olds in the adjacent Clinton’s for a Valentine card for my other half, and here found both better choice and a comparative oasis of calm. The only criticism is that they didn’t have enough staff on the tills.
