I absolutely love it here. The classes are included in the price and are really motivating. The trainers are so friendly and really good at keeping you motivated. I can always use the equipment I want without having to wait around for it and its a lovely atmosphere. Plus you can watch the cricket as part of your membership.
Nice friendly gym, never too busy. Some of the equipment looks a bit dated but works fine. Membership is affordable and they don't tie you in to killer contracts like some other places (I pay on a monthly but can cancel any time). Classes cost extra.
Only main downside is that arking can be a bit of a pain - watch out especially when there are cricket matches on as you have no chance. If you like cricket though your membership of the gym gets you into the matches for free.
