I came in for a pick me up before a party and had eyebrow threading and a manicure. - I simply got an optical facelift with my new eyebrow shape! I got so many complements that evening. Some friends thought I had Botox! cannot believe It! Simply magic.

My manicure lasted a whole week, although I went for strong red colour. It lasted through some serious house work and a hand washing session.

The ladies were very friendly and I will be back very soon. I would highly recommend this place.

This salon is a rip off. A mediocre expensive service (they never let you use the coupons with excuses, they make you pay always more than you should) performed by non-professionals beauticians who are not clean, non well trained. And 2 of the three times I have been there they left marks of the strip wax paper on my bikini and behind legs. In addition, the owner a British rude guy, is a bully and a control freak who tracks people and credit cards in his computer. The reviews are left by "friends" and people who get paid for reviewing them. Avoid this place. Just because it advertises a discount does not mean it is cheap or good. And on top of it, the girls employed by the rude male owner are totally faked and invent stories. When I was there the same girl told me two different stories about her life, and asked me sensitive questions as if she was be-friending me,... that I would not doubt they write in your profile with your credit card and info. It was disgusting the third tie I was there when I realised that the bully owner had all my info in his computer and my credit card numbers and personal info.

I've been a regular customer here but high quality service amazes me every time! Initially, I was not a great fan of waxing but therapists here changed my view. The whole procedure was not painful at all, great attention is paid to the hygiene as well. I also loved getting my nails done. Would certainly recommend this shop to my friend!

Really great find! I've never experienced such (almost) pain-free Brazilian before (plus I was pregnant when I first made an appointment with them, so was more sensitive to pain than normal). Highly recommend it and it worth every penny. The lady who did it for me was brilliant and her name is Suman. The whole stuff was very friendly, plus it's really cute and clean inside - especially downstairs bit. Will definitely go there again.

I had my nails done there last week and I must say the service was amazing! The therapist was very professional and did an extremely good job! I then got offered £5 discount on the eyebrow treatment which also was painless and very good! I had a bad tread before and not only the beautician managed to make my brows look amazing, she also gave me guidance and consultation on what to do to repair my brows.  On top of that - salon was very clean and nice which is very important to me.  I am definitely going back there.

I was blown away by this salon - when I went for the first time , and was amazed at how painless, thorough and supremely sanitary the treatment was (they use a new stick for each and every dip in the wax, a policy I'm amazed/appalled all salons don't adhere to). WONDERFUL experience,

I've been to a lot of places for threading, but this place was definitely the WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO.  You would think that the one staff person who threads eyebrows would actually do a good job, but NO. She completely messed up the shape, when I clearly asked her to keep it the way it was (and just clean it up a little). When I kindly pointed out her mistakes, she denied it and asked for her money.  I didn't get any other services, so this review is only regarding threading. Save yourself the disappointment and do not go there!!!

I love coming here for eyebrows. The first time I came, Archie did them and the second time another lady did them. Both times, my eyebrows came out amazing. The staff is super friendly and its really nice inside, not to mention really relaxing! I love this place! It's like a hidden gem!

Thank you for your comments about our laser system ,we have done a lot of research to find the best Laser machine on the market.!
And we think it is necessary to clarify the difference between Laser and IPL.

LASER emits one single wavelength of very intense light energy.

INTENSE LIGHT BULB (IPL): Is bright light bulb. Not a laser. This light bulb emits many wavelengths of light and these are put through a “filter” and all but one wavelength are blocked out. These energies are also not as strong or as effective as a laser.
In The Mayfair Tanning Company Ltd
we are useing a LASER machine. Not a bright light bulb. The Syneron system we use is the best on the market. Therefore you get faster, better results and need many fewer treatments. Also, with a LASER machine, your hair loss is much less likely to return after one year as is possible with light bulb (IPL) treatments. The results are much more permanent with a laser. Always ask for the Syneron system regardless who provides your treatments (we hope you will choose us) for your hair reduction.

Furthermore, laser machine is far more expensive than IPL machine the Syneron system we use is around 40,000 pounds and a top IPL machine is around 15,000.

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. I have been getting hollywood waxes for the last 2 years and this was the quickest and least painfull one I have experienced in 2 years. Also, there was not ONE single hair left afterwards! The place is compact and quite busy but if you want a no nonesense job done by an excellent waxer then this is the place. (In and out in 20 mins)

I had waxing done at this salon and l was very happy. Fast efficent and friendly. Place is extremely clean and modern all the right boxes ticked for me, great location near Oxford Street and full range of Dermalogica products which l use. I have already booked another appointment with them, lovely place

Spartan no nonsense Job! Only waxers I've found that do a good job with blond body hair. They are very spartan, no-nonsense, and efficient. If you need your hand held and fluffing around , this is not your place. If you need a thorough yet quick waxing, Mayfair Tanning is for you.
