I have checked our diary and the only customer that we had booked that we did not go to was a customer who, when I rang to confirm the booking, stated that we had got the wrong number. We always confirm our bookings before the valet and we did not go as they stated that they had not booked us. I can only think that this reviewer has got our company mixed up with another. Also this reviewer states that they received a phone call and was ignored. Both statements can not be true. If we had called to cancel it would make no logical sense to ignore any further phone calls. Also if we do have to cancel a valet we always offer an alternative and offer an upgrade. Hopefully this clears this up.

I received message 15 min before agreed -that they are not going to do work due a broken van.
I try to contact them few times but they could recognize my number and refused to pick up call.
One of us booked day off to wait for the service-what waste of time!
