I have checked our diary and the only customer that we had booked that we did not go to was a customer who, when I rang to confirm the booking, stated that we had got the wrong number. We always confirm our bookings before the valet and we did not go as they stated that they had not booked us. I can only think that this reviewer has got our company mixed up with another. Also this reviewer states that they received a phone call and was ignored. Both statements can not be true. If we had called to cancel it would make no logical sense to ignore any further phone calls. Also if we do have to cancel a valet we always offer an alternative and offer an upgrade. Hopefully this clears this up.

I called Empire and even though I had to wait for my appointment it was well worth the wait. I can see why they are so busy. Their standard of service is excellent. My car looks better now than it did when I picked it up from the showroom. Their attention to detail is absolutely spot on and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to everyone

I have just used Empire for the first time and I have to say that they did an excellent job on my BMW. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Totally Unreliable!
I received message 15 min before agreed -that they are not going to do work due a broken van.
I try to contact them few times but they could recognize my number and refused to pick up call.
One of us booked day off to wait for the service-what waste of time!

Having spent 80K on this car last year, I like it clean and sparkling, but time does not enable me to do this myself and I now refuse to deal with my dealers’ call centre. This is the first time I have used Empire (or indeed any mobile valeting company) rather than my usual motor dealer. They respond personally and they valeted my car today to an exceptional, showroom standard and on my doorstep, so to speak. In particular, I found Gary & Louise who arrived on time, enthusiastic, hard-working and (important for me) completely honest/trustworthy. it was also nice to meet Gary, who evidently enjoys and cares about his work. I will certainly use you again thank you.
