I was overcharged for a eyetest by being given a contact lens I didnt ask for or need.
When I complained I was given no choice but to pay. Really unhappy
Very expensive, and a waste of my time, will never go back again and I suggest you try somewhere else.
I then asked why I'd paid so much for the lenses to be thinned down if they knew it wasn't possible, to be told they have been "slightly" thinned down.
Silverburg's goodwill gesture was to offer me a cheaper frame with lenses, but at an extra cost of £47.

I hate shopping for sunglasses I have an awkward shaped face and can never find sunglasses that suit me. The staff in here were great. I told them I what I was looking for and they took the time to find it for me.
Prices were pretty reasonable compared to most stores, however the service is impeccable. They properly fitted the sunglasses for me, and offer a help service if they go wrong in the future.
