I have been to this restaurant a few times and really like it for a quick snack. It’s a simple and stark little place with cramped seating but they have a great service from a jolly team of waiters and super choice of food (great burgers and a chicken dish that is my particular favourite). The last time I was there I was served a rather lukewarm cappuccino but having taken a sip of it, I complained politely and they brought me a second one piping hot and did not charge for it. Service is really fast too. Prices are very reasonable (but they should reintroduce the lunch time burger deal which was a real winner. One word of caution: avoid the school half term and holidays when the mummies who shop seem to treat Giraffe as their substitute creche. I think that is a very negative point.
