In my experiences in the summer of 2011 the Vegetarian Open-Kitchen-Restaurant Lehka Hlava is the best place for Vegetarians in Prague!
Of course: It is necessary to make reservations and it´s worth!
Just when you open the door there is a aromatic smell and you know that is the right place for fresh and healthy food. :-)
The room in a house build in about 1410 in Pragues Old Town is small, with a blue ceiing; very comfortable and pleasant.
We got two aromatic salads (Rucola & Tofu) Orientalni stir-fry, homemade pasta with zucchini and three fresh juices for 570 Kc. This is really not expensive for three satisfying meals.
Whenever I will come back to Prague I will come back also to Lehká hlava and call before +420 221 711 631 for reservations from 11:30…

awesome food, gorgeous waitress, will be back for more tomorrow. tried the red lentil soup and the tabouleh salad, two thumbs up!
