Rather nice ambiance, cosy and cramped, and the food was good, as always plenty of it, and a bit heavy on the meat… But as always, I did not disappoint and managed to finish most of it. When we left, we were told they didn’t take switch (or visa), another German peculiarity, you need cash a lot of the time. The guy was going to let us go without paying and said we should just come back another day which I thought was rather nice. But then grandma managed to find some money in her wallet, so we could pay after all!
