I visited Cocoon last week and I was really impressed with my hair cut and colour. I found my hairdresser Trina to be very good. She really talked me through the process. Plus she had a lovely personality which was good, as sometimes it can be awkward going to a hairdressers and having the same old conversation about my holidays! The salon is very well layed out and they have literally thought of everything. The massage chairs are a must, and should definitly be tried.
My only dissappointment was the girl on the check out, she was very different to the girl I met on reception- Lilly. Lilly was very friendly and we had a nice chat. I found the girl on the check out to be rather patronising, and to be honest very false. Such ashame as my lasting memory is how much she annoyed me and tried to sell everything in the shop!
I will be back though, so dont worry epecially as I work for a company in Reading I can get a corporate discount. All my friends have commented on my hair so I have passed on Cocoons details. The champagne I think will sway them also.

The service is great from the moment you walk in and they have ipads to keep you happy to i love going ,looking forward to the next visit see you all soon girls and the lovley happy receptionist lily-rose.

Fantastic, modern and welcoming Salon. I needed a colour correction following a disaster home hair colour and was made to feel at ease from the moment I stepped inside the doors. Service was first class, from a lovely cup of tea and choccy biscuits to help me relax and Jenny, the Style Director, did a fantastic job of fixing my colour and making me feel like myself again! Would highly recommend the salon - miracle workers!!
