I pass this Company’s name around like goodness knows what! They are fabulous! My brother, who lives nearby, had flood damage recently. When the surveyor from Property Repair appeared, he said to my brother, “Do you know, I was at a Property around the corner from here just over a month ago, lovely lady” My brother laughed whilst replying that it was ME, his big sister and that I’d recommended them to him! haha! Great Bunch! Great Work!

G’day Mate! Yep, use these guys all the time. I work for a Major Bank in the City. I deal with Facilities Management. I manage “The Bank” owned or occupied buildings throughout Scotland. Property Repair Ltd are the guys I definitely call on when I’m dealing with an Edinburgh Property. They have helped me out now for the past 5 years. For instance, we only own one building in Scotland, which is the one at Orchard Brae however we occupy many. I also do a lot of Property Management for friends living abroad, etc, etc. So to have these guys looking out for me is great. They even operate a 24 Hour Emergency Callout Service, thank god for that!

If you are gonna call them, let them know you found them from a review, I know that they’ll appreciate it. They are office based and employ staff who are extremely switched on people, so it’ll be easy peasy lemon squeazy.

Anyway, I searched them on Google for no apparant reason and it lead me here, where I noticed other customers had posted reviews so thought I’d do the same.

I contacted Property Repair at 7.30am this morning (SUNDAY) due to water rising up through my shower tray, I had tried 5 or 6 Companies beforehand but no answer. I called Property Repair's office (01314783391) to then be put through to Peter (Contract Manager), he then told me not to worry and that the plumber would be there within the hour. 45 Minutes later Colin the Plumber arrived. He was here for just under an hour and after fixing the fault he happily tidied up and explained what he had just done to repair it, etc etc. He also handed me a brochure with all the company's services.

One other thing, I noticed from speaking with him that he enjoys working for Property Repair as he's full of praise for them. It's nice to see that in a Tradesperson as so many others seem to be 'Miserable Gets'.

Great Service All Round! Definitely Will Use Property Repair again.

REVIEW OF PROPERTY REPAIR LTD: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Property Repair Ltd have just completed the Water Damage Restoration to my Property at Forth Street in Edinburgh. I am about to call Property Repair's offices to tell them what a lovely bunch they all are.

I am a 58 year old lady. I have lived in this City all of my life and owned many properties on the way and I can safely say that I have Never encountered such a Well Run and Friendly Company before such as Property Repair. I'm sure that all other existing Property Repair Ltd clients will agree with me on this. It is run by Mr Richard O'Donnell. He has his Mother, Sister, Two Brothers and Father working for him, as well has about 15 further Tradesmen, a Contracts Manager and a Surveyor. The fact that it is a family business shines through and all of them are eager to please which is a comfort in this day and age.

Oh well, don't want to blether on but found this site and wanted to raise my view as I see someone else has.

Property Repair Limited - Highly Recommended!!!

Just wanted to say that the guys have done a great job in restoring my bathroom, in fact, it's much better than it was before the water damage. I am insured by Direct Line who were wonderfull and immediately put me onto their Loss Adjusters. The chap asked me to get two quotes mentioning that one of the Contractors I called should be Property Repair. The chap from Property Repair was out next again day with a written Report & Estimate following 3 days later. I cannot fault their Office staff in any way, they kept me informed on a daily basis whilst Peter their Contracts Manager made sure to organise each trade with precision.

All in All 5 Stars and I will make sure I stay with Direct Line as long as they use that Loss Adjuster as his recommendation was spot on.
