Brauhaus Lemke am Schloss Gaststätte

Not worth the effort if you want to eat. We arrived and asked whether they wanted to seat us. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted and chose a table. Another waiter then told us the table was reserved and we would have to move or leave the table within half an hour. He moved us to a small table around the corner. It took half an hour for the drinks to arrive, and after an hour the food had still not turned up. When we asked the waiter about it he showed us on the computer screen that it had been ordered. We left without eating. Beer OK, service bad, food - who knows?

The worst service I've had in Berlin. It took 30 minute for a bowl of soup that was cold and another 20 to reheat it and then given back in a smaller bowl. We warned two women that sat at our table about the slow service and they laughed and said its always like this. We watched plates being taken to wrong tables, wrong orders and more. Nice location across from the schloss, the beer is okay but there is better and cheaper in the area. Go down Schlossstrasse for better.

Good reviews of the same brauhaus in Mitte. However rude staff here, not at all accomodating.Plenty of room but was told it was full. Don't bother.
