I remember we offered you a Brazilian blow dry to make your hair very good looking has they were very used by years of colour…and we also tried very hard to give you a fabulous colour but removing a 4 years old black colour is not easy for any hairdresser.
Of course the price was high for long hour of job also compensating the amount of product we use on your hair.

I have been going to Privato for a while now. It is the best experience in a hair salon I had. Virginie is attentive and very professional, every time I go there my hair looks amazing. It is not only the hair but also the beauty service (I only had manicures.) Ask for Krista, Privato’s in house beautician, your hands will never look the same, superb!

I had the best experience in privato! The place is a esquise of fab furnitures is why i went their first, I had the best blow dry ever and virginie make me feel so confortable she also make me a incredible capuccino sheis very fun and the rest of the team too i will definatly go back for more!

Absolutely love this salon. It’s perfect if you’re short of time and want your nails, a massage and a hair appointment in one go. I had my Wedding hair done here, and took all my bridesmaids too. They have a private room so it felt like a real treat for the four of us. We all had our hair done on the day of the wedding, with nails in the new salon too. Gorgeous staff, and very well educated with trends and advice.

Pretty salon with a chilled vibe and staff friendly. Was happy with my blowdry but that was about it. I went in for lowlights, came out with highlights. Did not listen. Just about choked when they gave me the price as I had looked at the prices on the website which seemed reasonable... Be careful as the ACTUAL price is nowhere near!! Had to force a smile otherwise I would've burst into tears. Also didn't like that I was rushed out as if I was holding them back from more important things. For the £235 I was charged think they should've rolled out the red carped on my exit. Nice staff and a pretty salon won't make up for this. Won't be going back.

Privato may seem like a nice place but it's really not. First of all, the chair was not very comfortable when I got my hair done and it was worse when I had to get my hair washed. The chairs may look chic but they were not the best chair for getting your hair done. Secondly, the owner, Virginie, did my hair but she didn't give her full attention. She was constantly looking around to see all that was going on in her salon so it took her a lot longer to get my hair done. Thirdly, I don't know what kind of hair colouring she used but after a week, I could see all my roots again! That was really disappointing because I paid a lot of money for it. Finally, the spa room downstairs looked nice but with the noise of footsteps from upstairs, it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the spa treatments. The staff were friendly but in a superficial way so it didn't make me feel all that comfortable being there. I certainly didn't have a good experience and would not recommend Privato to anyone.

I had the best experience! With the Brazilian blow-dry my new haircut is amazing, so easy to manage. They recommended new highlighting techniques that was amazing. My hair is so shiny and looks so healthy!
Staff was really friendly! With my cup of tea I received small Easter eggs - HOW COOL IS THAT!

I would like to say that Privato is a very trendy and fashion salon.
All the staff are very welcoming and warm, I always asked Virginie to cut my hair, because she knows my habits, and my taste, and to be honest I give her white card, i just loved the way she cuts so unusual , you can feel she is professional, also I would like to say the price is very affordable comparing to the other salon in UK.
I wish to Virginie and her staff all the best.
A guest who used to come regulary, less now because i m in France and trust me i didn't find a good hairdresser yet as she is, you should come to France.

I've become a regular client at this hairdressers, due to it's professional and welcoming staff. The salon is a great escape and representation of an excellent independent salon! The prices are very reasonable and the style director is very experienced with great ideas and advice, without pushing you into getting a cut and colour you would not necessarily choose. Very good consultation service.

I went there and received a very warm welcome, been treated nicely with a lovely glass of wine, when It came to colour my hair, I've been offered a "Chatouch technic" which gave my hair an amazing natural result.

I love the professionalism and creativity of the owner Virginie, the care given by the lovely staff and the TIGI and WELLA products they use.
