I think its a must see and must do the bateau trip. Its a diferent view of the same city..and u are in the middle of it..magnificent!
No cruise…Pick a rainy day and instead of staying indoors, put your rainy day shoes, raincoat and umbrella and walk along the seine river…it gives you a whole new view of what Paris is all about.
Cruise along the Seine River and find Paris like never before.
The only annoying things are the tourists though, who stand up all the time and try to record the whole cruise, blocking sights. You just have to find a great seat.
Excellent trip for €8 onwards, and extremely romantic at night. It is freezing in the winter though, but if you’re strong, you can sit outside (everyone fled inside) and have a clear view of everything.
My suggestion: go around 6.30. You’ll get a glimpse of sunset, a nice view of the right bank and in the return trip, you get a clear night shot of the exploding Eiffel.
