Absolutely rubbish salon came for highlights, the very rude stylist Natasha slapped (literally) the bleach on my hair bunged me under the dryer wet me up at the basin, done a bodged cut I'm absolutely horrified with my hair it's very dry and falling out!! Oh and she made me pay extra because apparently my hairs below my shoulder. Don't even go there unless u want a so called "professional" ruin your hair.

I bought the deal on KGB for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. When I got to the salon no one was there expect the lady who washes hair and she had no idea when the hairdresser would get there.. After waiting a while she finally rocks up as if it was the biggest mission on earth to be doing my hair.
My hair looks now rather unusual with patches of yellow blonde scattered across my head not to mention the slap and paste can really show as my roots are not even slightly covered. The hairdresser NATASHA was rude and wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible. My hair is now dry and damaged and not to mention the skew haircut! I won't recommend anyone to go there.
Natasha attitude and the filthiness of the place I would not recommend to anyone! Its absolutely disgusting.. Not sure how they are still open. Not even worth a star

I bought a Groupon voucher at this saloon for a wash,cut blow dry & conditioning treatment recently. The voucher was £24 but I had to pay an extra £15 as my hair was longer than shoulder length. Which made it more expensive than a normal haircut price anyway! So I don't understand how I "saved" money here! Moreover it was my worst hair cut ever! At the end of the blow dry my hair was greasy n I found out the next day that my hair was completely uneven at the bottom. I had hairs sticking out longer than the rest like a little rat tail! If I could put a photo here I would love to show u how bad it was! Basically it was a complete waste of money!

I had a full head of highlights, cut and blow-dry done yesterday by Natasha and from beginning to end the whole experience was amazing. I was well looked after with a smile, cups of tea and Natasha listened attentively to everything I wanted doing. Both my friend and son commented afterwards how flattering my hair looked. The salon was clean and very relaxing and she had me finished in plenty of time for my next meeting as requested. I'm writing this because there were some negative reviews about this salon and my experience was such a positive one.

i've been going to this saloon for 5 years the staff members are really frendly and look after your your needs. i had a half head of highlights done along with a bob cut which w as really pleased with and friends and strangers had commented on how nice it was and where did i get it done

It was not a pleasant or professional experience, highlights were done in a very hasty slap dash way and my hair has been falling out loads since the experience. Avoid!

I visited this hair salon and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was offered hot beverages. I was booked in for the Brazilian. My hair was done very well. Before we started I was asked question about my hair, what I was trying to achieve, after the consultation, the procedure was explain in detail and the expected outcome was also explained. I was very pleased with the end product. My hair was lovely bouncy full of body and all with no chemicals. A very pleasant experience. Just the pampering a girl needs to have!
The beauty of this salon is they also do all types of hair European and Afro hair. Whilst I was there the stylist was doing both types of hair having different things and they all looked great. It is really nice going to a salon where the stylist Natasha is passionate about all types of hair, knows what she is talking about and the end product is good. That's why this gets my fifth star. Very hard to find a good salon like this with great prices. I would highly recommend this salon.

I have currently been going to this hairdressers for over 5 years! The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. I am always offered a hot drink when welcomed into the salon. I have had several hair cuts which have always been to my liking. Since last year August I have had a Brazilian which is great! No chemicals and it lasts for a long time. I have also had several highlights which has made a big difference to the way I look. I have had so many compliments. My hair is well managed and in very good condition due to this salon. I would defiantly recommend this salon to my friends and family and a massive big up to Natasha and all staff.

Do not ever go to this Salon, it is nothing more than a back street hair dresser and will ruin your hair. When she put the highlights in she just slapped on the bleach and scruntled the hair in the foil, she didn't fold it up nicely the way they do at a professional salon, due to this when the foil was taken off the hair was all notted. When she cut my hair she cut random chunks out of my hair. She was given instruction just to even up the ends and she butchered it and the ends were all wonky going up at one side. I couldnt believe it. O and also she had the receptionist wash my hair while she started highlighting someone elses hair. The receptionist was very rude in manner and didn't even condition my hair properly.
When i had my hair blow dried, no products where put on my hair for protection. O and I had to wait half and hour with wet hair while she finished the other girls highlights. O yer and she didnt even do my roots propertly, it doesn't look like they've been done at all. The worst experience of my life. The most seediest cheep hair dresser around. I have pictures if you want to see. I wouldn't even give a one star but on this site you have to give a star....You have been warned!!!

I think the beauty therapist, Alicia, was super lovely my Mani /pedi look beautiful and glittery: ) she's 17, on her final year at beauty college... and is already doing a top class job. highly recommended!

I went to exquisite had a cut at the gents section that was there, the service was good the grooming was good, the gent polite the staff were professional, the station was clean and well organised i was offered a coffee, the music was good, the price was good too (£12) will be returning again.

I Had an cut and colour appointment at exquisite Hair salon, As i arrived i was offered drinks by a member of staff, then taken through to cutting area, the stylist introduced herself and was very friendly in her consultation, after looking through the colour chart and deciding on a colour, the colour was applied then i had a good shampoo and taken over for a haircut, the haircut was good and i was very pleased with the overall service at Exquisite hair Salon and will definately be returning
