It is cheap and close to the tube station. It was smelly, sheets were stained, two mouse/rat traps in the room. No fridge. Bathroom sink was cracked. Carpet stained. Beds were not made and no new towels were supplied. No extra pillows in room.
You get what you pay for, not much!

Mt stay at OSBORNE HOTEL :
It's a well situated and convenient place for a touristic stay.
I had a warm and pleasant welcome by a nice staff (ESHMIEL) who was really helpful and available.
The room was very clean ans well equipped.
I am very happy !!!!

i was pleasantly surprised staying at the Osborne…location good, comfortable room but best of all free Wi fi and parking…very good value, no hidden costs

I stayed at the Osborne for 3 nights and I was made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and helped me a great deal. It was my first visit to London and I was somewhat nervous about visiting, as it is such a big place, but the staff put me at ease and showed me how to get around. The underground tube station is less than 5 minutes walk away, which was very convenient and central London is just minutes away. The rooms were cosy and the shower was nice and powerful. I got great value for money at The Osborne Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in London.
