Review of Egoist Body Studios from 2 March 2012

I’ve never been a sporty person and I always found uncomfortable in gyms, but Egoist Body Studios made ​​me change my mind!
I started taking yoga classes (which I find much more intense than I expected), and I found myself extremely ease, thanks to the teachers who follow you step by step (or pose after pose XD) and intimate and welcoming atmosphere.

Workout in a beautiful Georgian building in Fitzroy Square. Here you can dance, do Pilates, Yoga or aerobics. Better than your usual gym. A real change from the sweaty mainstream fitness clubs.
