A property I recently purchased had really bad wiring and electrical sockets were blown, the works. I got the sockets fixed and replaced all the wiring fresh, I moved in all my stuff from my previous residence and all I needed was proof all my electrical stuff was safe to use. I called BLC they had an engineer out to me within 2 days to do a PAT test of 20+ appliances. The service went great and quickly and I got my certificate 2 days later. Thanks for a great service.

I am a tenant living in London for a while whilst I travel, but I am ending my tenancy soon and I wanted to make sure I have left no trouble behind for my landlord as he is a great person. I ordered an 'end of tenancy cleaning' service from BLC Property Services and they were so good at what they do, a maximum of 2 hours and the place was spotless and smell brand new. Thank you for helping me out with this, I appreciate it.

I have been in my property for 8 years and I received a letter informing me I would need a new updated EPC. I called BLC as they were the first company to pop up on Google. They came, had It done and were gone within a half hour and for a cheap price. I have received my certificate and I do not have to get another for a decade. Wicked!

I got a boiler service done and they told me I weould need a new boiler, the boiler I have now is quite old and damaged so the engineer advised me to turn it off because the corrosion could make it worse and get a new one installed. Thanks for your advice and your time, no doubt I will call you again.

What a terrible company. Promised to come out 5 or 6 times and never turned up.
I have spent a fortune ringing them. They promise to ring back but then never do.
They have now charged me for a gas safety certificate that they never even did.
Please avoid them.

The inventory booklet could not have been done better and they paid attention to all minor details to ensure we documented everything regarding the properties current condition. Much appreciated.

I required BLC's Professional Cleaning Services urgently, I not long moved into a flat and the previous tenants im sorry to say were slobs, it took me a week to fully clean the inside of the property and I could not tackle at least 2 skips full of rubbish dumped in the garden on my own, so I called you guys. Within lets say an hour and a half to two hours everything was gone! All I had to do was cut the grass an plant some flowers. Thank you, you saved me a lot of trouble.

My tenants moved out 2 days ago, they had caused significant damage to my property and me being me I have lost the inventory booklet BLC had previously done. I panicked. After contacting BLC again, hoping they would have a copy, one of the admin team, Tinashe I believe reassured me so politely that they keep documents for every single job they do for these circumstances specifically. I was so happy, they sent out the copy by the next day and I was able to get the check out done efficiently. Thank you so much! Professional and reliable!
