London College Of Fashion Short Courses

The London College of Fashion's short courses may not be the cheapest around, but you certainly get what you pay for. If the Fashion Journalism course I signed up for is anything to go by, they recruit tutors who know their subject and have worked in their industry long enough to give sound and useful advice instead of just knowledge. Rather than teaching us the sort of things we could learn ourselves from books, our tutor has acted more as a mentor, providing us with the sort of insider knowledge that only a freelance journalist (and former Fashion PR) could give. We get assignments every week and personal feedback on our writing, which is invaluable. Highly recommended.
