I would like to say thank you so much for helping me with my weight loss target. I personally got a lot out of the Vacunaut sessions, the weight loss program increased my blood circulation around my stomach making me lose 5 inches in 4 weeks.WOW where else would you get results like that! I feel confident again! This entire boost of wellbeing and better blood circulation helped me to get pregnant. I am expecting baby again! Me and my husband are very happy and definitely after the pregnancy I will come back to Sylwia’s Hypoxi to continue with a postnatal weight loss program! I bought an initial course of six Hypoxi bike sessions on Groupon in October. After six, the results were very obvious and my jeans got looser and looser. So I bought another six. I am happy to say I lost two inches from my waist after 12 sessions without any stringent dieting, just healthy eating on training days. It does what it says on the tin and Sylwia and Steve are very helpful and knowledgeable, offering friendly encouragement and clear, firm advice to clients.
I am on my second course and aim to lose all my excess midriff fat.

I purchased a 6 x30 minutes sessions from groupon in January , on my first session I got measured the staff was friendly but she didnt explain anything , first session I noticed some difference but my other sessions was waist of my time and money because the machine vacuum level was on really low on my other sessions , I alerted the staff but she said she can’t do anything and let me get on with it , all my other sessions was the same , there was no customer service no explanation , she didn’t even asked me how I was getting on . I noticed nothing on my other sessions . It was a waist of money and my time .
Bad customer service , avoid this place and don’t listen to those good reviews because I bealive these reviews been put on by the people wo works there or knows the owner.

wonderful experience and staff Sylwia and Steve were very helpful and proffessional. I was advised about diet plan which was brilliant and very easy to follow.
I lost 10 inches from my lower body on bike S120 and L250.
The studio is located 5 minutes away from South Woodford tube station.

I can recommend this for losing inches if you are prepared to put the work in. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You would probably need 12 sessions to see a good improvement and the cost is high. My skin also improved whilst using the running/ walking machines.

(If you don't know what hypoxi is see www.hypoxi.co.uk). In brief, its a special exercise bike that uses a suction as you pedal, which claims to improve circulation and in turn help you lose weight.

I chose this Hypoxi studio in South Woodford as it was closet to where I live.

Staff are friendly and helpful and and give you diet advice etc which helps with the hypoxi course.

Its a small place with only one upright and one horizontal bike and they also have one treadmill for Vacunault (again see website if you don't know what all this is).

You have to book in advance (I think they allow about a week in advance) as the more popular time slots get taken up quickly).

Its not for the shy as you exercise in a glass fronted shop but its away from the main shops so you don't get too much of an audience. I got used to it after a week or so and being all in one room you get to chat to the other customers whilst you pedal :-). If this is not your thing note that there is another Hypoxi studio in Loughton that has private rooms if you prefer this.

Its mostly ladies but men are welcome too!

BTW you have to attend 2-3 times a week so you need to be able to commit to this, each session was around 30 mins but allow 1 hour to get ready before/after.

Parking is very limited (2 spaces in front of shop) so don't drive if poss!

Well I guess you want to know if it works right? well I can only speak for myself, I did about 10 sessions at a cost of around £350 and I lost ten pounds in weight! I would say that is reasonable (cheaper than lipo anyway). But as each person is different I guess you have to make up your own mind. I think the average weight loss was about 4-6 pounds (but I have to say most of the other people in there were already nice and slim in my opinion so they didn't have much to lose!).

They also take you weight and measurements each week and record them on a card which you get to keep at the end, they measure areas like your thighs, stomach etc and at the overall end add it all up - I lost 13.5 inches in total but like I said before I think I was above the average (sheer determination I think!).

You can ask in the shop for a taster session for free if you want to give it a quick go and see what you think. Also it was a while ago that I went so prices etc might not be up-to-date so worth asking.

In my opinion I would say give it a go, but some of my friends have still resisted due to the cost.

What can I say it worked for me, and I will be going back for another course soon :-)
