In a word…amazing! We found Sanskrit totally by chance a year or so ago, and since then have been back LOADS of times : ) Every time the service has been 5 star, the owners are lovely people and if you’re stuck for choice will always recommend a dish according to your taste. No matter where else we eat out we always return to Sankrit. Great food, great service, great staff. Everyone should try it!

Being curry lovers, we've been to hundreds of Indian restaurants in our lifetime but Sanskrit has developed into a second home for us. We keep trying new ones and no matter how good they are we always leave slightly disapointed saying 'good, but not quite Sanskrit'. If you find yourself returning there for the 40th time you'll never get bored of the menu as there are always new specials to try (usually 3 starters & 3 mains). If you still can't decide just describe the type of curry you enjoy and they'll be happy to create an authentic dish to your liking. The level of service is also spot on, never imposing or interupting, trying to fill your glass up everytime you take a sip (pet hate) but always there when they're needed. Sanskrit is an overall winner in all departments. Our total bill for the two of us having starters, mains, rice, naan and a bottle of wine usually comes to £40-£43, great value! We'll be there again this Saturday.

Just what we needed, a good Indian resturant in this area. With good quality food, fantastic chef who makes a guest appearence, staff, atmosphere, lovley bar area, cleanliness of resturant.

Great for family, couples, partys, lads/girls night, prices are not extortionate. Me and my husband have been twice since it opened.

We have been to alot of the well known highley rated Indian resturants in Birmingham and London and i have to say the food at Sanskrit was delicious.

We will be visiting again for sure.

Excellent Food and Service. Tried two curries and the Chinese noodles, all very tasty! Prices are very good. Enjoyed a lovely meal with my cousins, and will be returning soon!

I visited this restaurant with my wife on the way home from work. I was greeted with a pleasent young waitress. I thought the service was very good at the restaurant and the prices are well worth it, most importantly I thoroughly enjoyed the food from the Mixed Grill Starters to the Butter Chicken Main with a lovely indian desert. I was quite surpised how tasty the cocktail was that my wife ordered, didnt expect that from a Indian restaurant. Definetly be visiting Sanskrits again. Thank you guys.

Great new Indian restaurant, Great prices and very good service. Will definitely revisit soon. I would recommend everyone to visit.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the opening night of this great new restaurant. Super friendly staff and a chef that can really cook.
I don't normally eat Indian food but it was great, Seatol and his beauiful wife made us and all the diners and guests very welcome, we reluctantly left 4 hours after arriving. What a great night....TRY THIS PLACE!
