Nelson Mandella Massagem Terapeutica

This man i awesome. I had at least 5 massages by in Jan 2010, and I am going back to him this year as soon as I hit the beach on this return vacation. I am a sucker for deep tissue work and Nelson almost achieves blunt dissection of the fascia planes (for all you gross anatomy alumni out there)! The result is near liquification of the muscles and wonderful relaxation of the mind. He also presents a delightful attitude. As an joke he referred to me as either "Anthony Quinn" due to my sun-wrinkled face or as "anaconda" due to the tight constriction of my muscle groups. You really cannot go wrong with Nelson Mandella.

I've been visiting Nelson's "barraca" for the past few years on my visits to Rio. Without doubt, he gives the best massage I have ever had. He has a strong touch and relaxes all muscle groups. The combination of a a professional massage, the Rio sun, and the Ipanema beach makes the price a real bargain! Highly recommended.
