Bella Pizza

I ordered pizza last week. One of the best pizza I have eaten at reasonable price . Buy one get one free. Delivering on time way before the time I was given. I will definely order again.

I ordered a Pizza from here on Sunday 18th Sept. After 90 minutes waiting for it to be delivered I phoned to be told it was on its way and would be with me in 10 minutes. They would also let me have the Pizza for £5 due to the inconvenience. It arrived 20 minutes later burnt to a crisp. I phoned and complained, put the pizza in the bin then made myself beans on toast. A couple of days later someone who I think was the manager called me to apologise and offer me a free pizza. I had cooled down a little and thought this was a nice thing to do. This evening I called to claim my free pizza and spoke to a guy called Ali who refused my Pizza saying I had to buy one first to get their free pizza offer. I tried to explain the situation but he wouldn’t listen and talked all over me in very poor English. I put the phone down disgusted. An hour later the manager phoned me again full of apologies but by then it was too late… I have used them in the past, not a great pizza but good value for money but not any more. I will never use them again.

So glad to have this as a local pizza delivery. It is honestly one of the best (or quite possible the best) i have tasted from a local pizza shop. When my friends come over to my house sometimes i wonder if they have come for me, or for bella's wonderful pizza's! it takes about half an hour to come if you are close, very prompt but sometimes the people answering the phone are not upto standard.

They have a permanent buy-one-get-one-free offer with all their pizzas. Home delivery is quite prompt and the quality is dependable. Real value for money if you are looking for pizzas made by someone other than a Pizzahut!
