I followed a recommendation from Moveme (www.moveme.com) and used Ward Thomas for our more recent removal. We had a perfect service, the packing was fast and very well done and the move went smoothly with no damages and everything moved to the right room following our instructions. As the flat is tricky to reach they used a lift to get things through. Considering the time spent (1.5 days), the use of a lift, the size of the team (5 people) and the quality of the service, it was excellent value for money. The best part in fact was that the team was really nice and smiling all day in spite of the tough job. Charles was the person in charge (pricing and account management), highly recommended. Note that they also seem to use another brand called “Moves” but it’s the same firm.
