My partner took me here to woo me back in the day, and it’s a very well equipped hotel, but it’s a bit corporate looking, clearly for business clients. I expected a bit more grandeur.

Has to be the worst Four Season I have ever stayed at.
Should be called One Season. The building is dull and looks from the inside like a banking hall.
Uninspired decor throughout, needs some work on it - corridors that smelt of stale cigarettes.
Reception staff were laughable, they struggled with English and thought everything was above them and wore dirty worn uniforms, The girl who answered the phone couldn't speak properly and I had to repeat everything.
I could go on but I am bored already.
The pool was amazing - IT IS OWNED AND RUN BY VIRGIN ACTIVE - figures really, left to this hotel management and a dip in the Thames would be more appealing.
DO NO GO EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING - IT NOT WORTH IT

Its a pretty interesting hotel. If your up for a swim by the Thames, this is probably the only hotel you can do it in. An enclosed pool with glass walls makes swimming in the thames a near possibility, with its location right on the Thames. Its not as regal as other Four Seasons, but modern and nice and clean and professional.

The most unimpressive of the Four Seasons that I know. However the service (as always) was impeccable. The rooms are well furnished, and the food delicious. The view form the rooms is exquisite. Somebody who likes a window seat felt at home here! Out of the city centre, this hotel is ideal for a (very) short stay, but there a better places in London.

One of the nicest hotels in London. Situated next to the river and with stunning views if stay in the west wing. Service is perfect, staff always polite and ready to serve, food amazing.
