Three sessions of physio and my back felt normal again. The massage and spinal work did some good, but the best things were all the exercises he gave me to prevent future injury. If anyone in Ealing needs some physio, Greg at Ealing Physiotherapy was professional, helpful, and a good laugh. I was really pleased with the whole operation there.
