Possibly the worst service I have ever received, and the worst rental experience I have ever had, THE PROPERTY CENTRE should be avoided at all costs! The letting agent assigned to my rental avoided my phone calls regularly, this company is happy to take your money every month, but refuse to communicate with tenants. The flat I rented was leaking and mouldy, the Property Centres idea of fixing this was simply to paint over the mould! The 'workmen' they employed to fix electrical problems and carry out maintenance were untrained illegal immigrants, who happily told me Property Centre paid them cash-in-hand so they didnt have to pay their income tax. Rent money goes straight off shore to tax dodging foreign bank account. They registered parts of the property for commercial purposes with the local council, and then rented them out as residential accomodation. This company are FRAUDSTERS! I am absolutely disgusted with Property Centre, and te more I learn about their fraudulent and incompetent company, I feel sick. And I was only renting, I cant even begin to imagine what buying a property through them must be like. Hideous. Dont be tempted by the cheap rent prices or any of the lies they will tell you, avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

AS A LANDLORD OF PROPERTY CENTRE LTD FOR 8 YEARS AND COUNTING, MY PROPERTY HAS BEEN KEPT CLEAN AND WELL LOOKED AFTER. PROPERTY CENTRE IS A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR PROPERTY RENTED OUT.

As a tenant I am very happy with Property Centre as they are very professional and very helpful in solving any small matter that may occur concerning the flat I rent. 

As a student they had found me a good, clean flat within my pricing range and fairly quickly. I have NO complaints from them.

I would recommend the Property Centre to all tenants and landlords!

At property centre I find the house I was looking for. The people there are very professional but on the same time very friendly and helpful. They hear carefully my needs and they find me the right house at a very attractive price, I trust them and I will definitely recomment them to my friends

I rented a lovely 3 bed house with this agency, 5 months ago.
They are really helpful, professional and honest. 

Every month I am going at the office to pay my rent and the personal is really friendly :)

I highly recommend them!!!!!

As a longstanding landlord of PC I would like to say that I have found the management and staff to be honest, upfront and friendly with me. Their advice has been very helpful and I have been very happy with the tenants they have put in my properties over the years. I highly reccommend them to anyone who wants to put their property/properties in safe hands.

We are renting a property with them and the other comment seems to be accurate. They are complete crooks, stay away at all costs!

Several issues for us included illegal wiring that was unsafe, and an invested house when we moved in. To top it all of our flat now leaks when it rains!

Incompetent, dishonest and cheats!!!!!!!

I let my property out with these guys and they decided to furnish my house and deduct it from my rental income.
And to round it off the tenants were illegal emigrants????

Stay clear of these guys if you know what’s best for you!
