I took my iMac into Cancom a few months back because the power button had completely stopped working. I am always fearful when I have to do anything remotely "techie" & I always feel like I'm going to be ripped off.

Cancom were brilliant, they found the fault (the power button had come loose & there was no longer any connection) & fixed it within 1 day.

So, so happy I found a company I can trust. I will be going back when I want to upgrade to a newer model & with Apples' current line up, that's sure to be soon!

I ordered a phonecase for my new iphone 4 back in July. The website advertised that the cases should be in stock by the end of July.
July came and went, as did August. To be fair i did get an email every three days telling me they still didnt have stock..........
Now silly me i decided to go on holiday for two weeks at the beginning of september and i didnt tell them!!!! Low and behold, i return from hoiliday to find the note from the post office to say they had tried to deliver my item. And, you guessed it, this had now been returned to Cancom. no problem i thought, i will just email them and ask them to send it again.
Oh no...... i then recieved a credit note, minus the £6.00 postage! I again contacted the company and received an email from the head of customer services saying that i would need to re order and pay for the postage!

Sorry for going on but the long and short of it is that they would not even offer a discount on the postage and refused to accept that due to their shoddy delivery they have lost out on a customer.
