The service in the last few weeks seems to have changed – to the worse. Especially timing is now an issue. The food is still good though.

We used Cafe Rouge in Feb 2012 and it is everything a normal Cafe Rouge is which is lovely, not your usual mass produced greasy airport food that we seem to do over here. Service was good, though had to send a beer back as it was flat, which seemed to confuse the waiter but it was changed with no problem, meal was served promptly and we had a window seat with a view of the airport which gave the illusion we were outside and not stuck inside a box. Would definitely use it again

One of the better eateries in Gatwick North. However allow plenty of time if you are going to eat there. The breakfast we ordered just did not arrive – some alleged problem with producing the toast – and we had to leave without when our flight was called.

Very nice place if you are waiting at Gatwick for your flight to depart. I recommend the Croque Monsieur which is really nice.
Good service and reasonable prices as well.

Friendly staff, good range of food and speedy delivery. I had a peaceful jacket spud, at a clean table with a good view of the terminal, and whiled away a pleasant hour catching up on work with a glass of red. Reasonably priced and I'll use it again

Far and away the best place to eat in Gatwick. Food good, very friendly waiters, and fairly priced for what it is. Good when you have a delayed flight as you can forget you are in the airport!
