Compliment Phylloxera (20-06-2008) •••••

It’s quite simply excellent… The wine list is splendid with a few very nice surprises and lots of vintage wines. The dishes are flavoursome; I had a delicious concoction of asparagus and morilles there. It’s certainly not very well known, despite its two Michelin stars. One single regret: the very dated decor in the very beautiful 16th century house.
