The customer service was superb; easy to arrange face to face meetings with Tim or David at times that suited me and frequent emails to keep me updated on progress. After an initial consultation they got in a number of stones for me to look and and pick from and we then entered into the design process. I was a bit nervous about this not being particularly arty, but they made the process really straight forward and were prepared to do as many iterations as I wanted. I also really liked the CAD images that were generated as it gave me a really clear idea of what the finished product would look like.
i was really pleased with the final ring and more importantly so was my fiancé! I cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely go back for future ring needs.

Not only were they able to design the ring I had in mind, but they also were very happy to provide as many design iteration as needed. We also had to get the ring re-sized twice, and that didn't seem to bother them either. Their communication was also great!

By chance we found Ingle & Rhode by browsing around the internet and we noticed they had some more unusual looking rings on their website. From our first meeting they involved us completely in the process of choosing the diamond and designing the ring with the help of their in house design team.
The team was very accommodating of our limited budget and helped us balance the price of the materials, size of stone and design to achieve our perfect ring within budget.
The final ring is beautifully finished, very unusual and completely bespoke, all at a very reasonable price. The added bonus is that the diamonds are ethically sourced and the platinum is also recycled.
I would recommend Ingle & Rhode to everyone.

The customer service at Ingle&Rhode is just wonderful. Very attentive, very explanatory. I am glad I found them and I will keep calling for all the special occasions which require a ring!
It is for sure an expensive treat, more expensive than high street, but I would say that for the quality they provide it is certainly a very good value for money.

With a whole host of rings out there in the market place, often very generic, I decided I wanted something a little different. From the moment I contacted Ingle & Rhode the service and attention to detail was brilliant. Although I was a little apprehensive designing a ring, David made the whole process very easy and gave a couple of tips along the way which certainly helped with the design. Needless to say the end product was fantastic. People still comment on what a unique and beautiful ring it is. I whole heartedly recommend Ingle & Rhode for an excellent service, competitive price and off course, an ethical jeweller.

We feel great about our experience with Ingle and Rhode. It didn’t feel like we were just another couple. My husband doesn’t wear jewelry, and David was so gentle about the process. Even though I didn’t have my engagement ring with me, he offered an honest and general assessment of what wedding bands would work best, based on some blurry pictures I showed him. Our wedding bands were well priced and delivered before our agreed date on a very tight schedule. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and have already recommended Ingle and Rhode to friends.

Recently proposed to my now fiancee with an Ingle & Rhode ring…. I was nervous to design my own ring, but the team were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout, providing me with all of the help and advice that I needed. I ended up really enjoying the process, and most importantly finished up with a beautiful ring which my finance loves.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I found the whole experience of designing an engagement ring for my (now!) financee excellent. I was particularly pleased to be given so much time and help in choosing the right stone, it was a long process but it was worth the additional effort, and David was very understanding and patient throughout the process.
This is a small British firm which is a marked contrast to the large faceless entities you find just down the road on Bond Street. I also felt it was extremely good value for the service you receive and the end product, although as other reviewers have commented you do have to wait for it to be made.
We are both absolutely delighted with the final product and couldn’t be happier with it. I am so pleased that I decided to commission I&R as both the service and end product were really worth it. It makes it so much more special to have been able to create a fully bespoke engagement ring, rather than simply picking something off a shelf.

Ingel and Rhode provided a truly impeccable service. The ethical sourcing policy was clearly explained and very reassuring. Service provided was exceptional throughout and contributed to one of the best retail experiences we have ever had! Run out of superlatives to describe how much we love the finished piece. David and Tim were great, always polite, always cheerful, and explained everything in easy to understand language – we felt at ease. The best bit of the whole experience is creating your own bespoke jewellery knowing that no-one was exploited or killed so we could have our diamond and gold. I completely and utterly recommend Ingle and Rhode.

I helped design and create an engagement ring for my fiancée with Ingle & Rhode.
I went to Ingle & Rhode for the ethical diamonds and was very happy with the service too.
David & Eleanor were helpful, polite and listened to what I wanted. My timelines were quite tight, and they really worked hard to meet and exceed my expectations.
The ring is so beautiful and the service so great, I can see myself going back for our bands in the future.
I would recommend Ingle & Rhode to anyone who was looking for a quality product and service which can be tailored to meet your needs.

My fiance worked with David and Tim at Ingle & Rhode to create an engagement ring for me that can only be described as stunning. My fiance had a flawless experience working with them from beginning to end to create the ring and I love wearing it. Knowing that they only use ethical sources gives the ring that extra sparkle and has made us both feel happy and at ease. We will definitely be returning to Ingle & Rhode for our wedding rings. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

From the initial consultation through to the delivery of my wife’s engagement ring we were very impressed by David’s professionalism, knowledge and genuine desire to create the perfect ring for us. I particularly liked the fact that after agreeing a design and budget, David ensured that we did not comprimise on the diamond and although it took a few extra days, he managed to source the exact diamond (the 4C’s) we wanted. The ring looked stunning on the day and my wife still gets daily compliments! I will be definitely be recommending Ingle & Rhode to my friends.
