“The Salt House is a beautiful pub with a light, spacious dining room serving a modern British menu. There is a private dining room for up to 20 people. They were runners up in the Evening Standard Pub of the Year Award 2001.” more...

This is a nice looking old style pub, hidden behind the main street. Overall I wasn't too impressed though.
The barrel had to be changed and the London Pride eventually produced was definitely not worth the wait.
Thai food and football on the telly.
Nice pub, tucked behind Camden Town Hall. Visitors to the beer festival, held in the town hall, used to pop across for Thai food. The pub has two bars, the main bar, or public bar has stools around the walls and at the bar. There is also a pool table. This is where the majority of the visitors go. The other bar, or lounge, has more comfortable seats and tables, this is mainly the dining area. There is a fire, though it is gas it looks very inviting. The Thai food is tasty and reasonably priced. Fridays or pay days is usually the busiest. If you visit when there are exams being done in the town hall, the outside seating gets filled up with students. Has two real ale taps, but only sells London Pride now. The Guinness is very good.
