Please please please do not use this Gym!
I was a member for 6 months and asked to cancel my membership with the receptionist- she confirmed everything would be sorted out and that no more payments would be taken from my account.
It wasn’t until 11 months later after I recieved my annual statement I had noticed the Gym had still been taking payments from my account- £280 worth to be precise and had even double charged my account some months. As this is a bank account that is not used other than for my student loan this is why I did not realise.
This gym is a SCAM and they are now refusing to refund the money they illegally took without my consent all due to being misinformed by their staff!!!!!
Please do not learn like I did, do not open a membership with this gym as you might still be paying alot of money especially to a University student 11 months later for a service you cancelled!
Unprofessional salon – I booked a spray tan there for the day before my holiday. On arriving the receptionist looked at me blankly and said that Hannah had left and there was no-one to do a spray tan. She said I should have had a phone call from Hannah, but obviously saw no reason why the salon should phone me to let me know – the girl being self-employed was no excuse to me, as I had booked through Hilltop. Just wondering if they had my telephone no. written down (I had given it over the phone) – probably inefficient as well as unprofessional !!

I am sorry you were let down by Hilltop, But Hannah left at vey short notice and took all of her apointment cards with her, so we had no way of contacting or knowing who was booked in over this week and the folloowing weeks, and we presumed that Hannah would be contacting those people herself.
once agiain I appologise for you been let down.

When a member wishes to cancel at Hilltop they are told to contact their bank and cancel the standing order as we can not cancel it, as for this ex members claim that we took double some months this is impossible as we use standing orders not direct debits and we have no control over a standing order, as a standing order is your instruction to your bank to pay an amount to a company and we can not ask for payments, you need to contact your bank and ask them why they have paid it out twice.we are not a scam and we are a ligitamate business and all our staff are trained to tell a member that cancels to contact their bank and cancel the standing order.
