Review of Cafe Noir from 26 June 2008

Cafe noir is a nice off-Rothscild av. Bistro. Its 3-kinds Scintzles are well known in Tel Aviv, but a bit over-praised to my opinion, thought they’re worth trying. The food is good (especially the salads and first courses) and the quality is conssitent. prices are average. It’s biggest pluses (except the food, of course) - the great sizzilng ambience and the opening hours - from noon to 3 am every day.
