Every wandering expat in Tel Aviv finds himself at 4am at Mike’s Place eventually. The bar, which is located on the boardwalk near the American embassy is THE expat bar in Tel Aviv.
At Mike’s, there’s always someone to talk to - don’t be afraid of going alone. Many wandering tourists find themselves here and they’re up for some chatter. The staff all speak English natively, but you’ll find many-a-nationality here when it comes to guests.
Tons of live music here from the local scene.
If you’re there, ask the bartender to try to convince Barry on stage. Barry’s the one sitting to your right with the long hair and the british accent. He’ll teach you how to do the blues.
Don’t miss open mic nights Mondays and Wednesdays, check their website for their yearly toga party, thanksgiving meals and halloween bashes.
מומלץ בחום למי שמחפש אוירה תל-אביבית קצת שונה וביתית יותר, אוהב להכיר אנשים חדשים ולשמוע מוזיקה חיה בחינם על כוס וייסביר.
