I bought a Mini Cooper from this car dealer last week and I wanted to share my superb experience. I had visited four other dealers and, being very specific on my required car and budget, they could not locate the right car. After finding The Fort Used Car Centre on Google, I contacted the garage and spoke with Matthew. Within two hours, he had sourced a car and at the right price. I visited them to leave a deposit and arrange finance and I am now in my fab Mini!! Thanks Matthew! Will definitely recommend you and The Fort Used Car Centre. :)

Bought a Ssangyong Rexton in October. Before signing the contract the salesman, Gary, wrote on it that the company would provide 2 headrests and a parcel shelf, as these were missing. I agreed to this, signed the contract and bought the car. 5 months later I am still waiting for these items. I ring the company at least 2 or 3 times a week, and despite promising to return my calls no one ever does. I have tried to make an appointment to see Mrs Cullen, the Manager, but each time I have been told that it is not possible and she will ring me back, but guess what…..she does not. I have been told as the vehicle is second hand these items must be as well……It does not say second hand on my contract. All I am asking for is what was promised. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this company BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE

Can you advise me where we are with the headrests…..Just how long does it take for them to come from Korea. good car, and good service. i brought a Citroen c4 gp, no problems with car after one month high mileage use and no thoughts of dodgy MOT, as other reviews have suggested. high price given to me for my car and low price accepted for the car i was buying. all round good deal with no problems.would buy again. chris. :-)
