I have been under the care of Dr. Chapman for several years and am highly impressed with the care that I have received. Dr. Chapman is super friendly, is very thorough in her history taking and examination, discusses all questions and concerns that one may have in detail, is very reassuring and works out a management plan together with her patients. Bruno, the practice manager, is also extremely friendly, reliable and efficient, and always happy to help! My clinic visits have always been a very pleasant experience!

The Dermatologist who saw my 14 year old was not condescending, talked to him as well as to me, and was kind and professional. This is a medical dermatology clinic and they don’t try to push skincare products or cosmetic procedures on you

Review of The London Skin and Hair Clinic from 30 January 2010

I was referred to see Dr Martin Wade at the Dermatology Clinic by my GP for a skin condition which flares up a couple of times a year and which no GP or other specialist was able to help with in the past. I saw Dr Wade and was impressed. The appointment was on time (I'm sick of being made to wait when I've booked an appointment at an agreed time with specialists who think their time is more important than mine!!), he was able to diagnose and treat my problem, and I didn't feel as if I was being rushed to make way for the next patient. The Practice Manager is also very good and he dealt with my health insurer so no paperwork for me either. All in all a very good experience. And my skin condition has finally cleared up.

    Message from clinic Manager. Bruno Ballardin. The Dermatologists at our clinic are recognised by all major UK health insurers. Many insurers will accept pre-existing conditions, but it usually translates to a more costly monthly premium so you may want to decide whether you have the condition excluded or not.

    If you have health insurance through an employer, you can ask your HR department or company contact if an allowance can be made for any pre-existing conditions.
