Disappointing for a first visit. The dishes were over-described on the menu for what turned up at the table. The tarka dall was very disappointing- thin with little flavour. On the plus side, the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. I won’t write off the place after one visit but I think they could do better. There’s a lot of competition in the immediate area.

In the restaurant the food and service has always been great.
The delivery service was fantastic too.
The old menu had the 'Oriental thali’ if you fancied a blow out and you liked a variety of foods this could not be recommended enough. In the restaurant I struggled to finish the meal, as a take out I always had something left for the next day.
My only regret is that local parking is scarce and I now live too far away not to drive. When I lived close this was a regular haunt now it is somewhere for special occassions.

An absolute gem of an indian restaurant away from the town centre.
The food is absolutely delicious - never once been unhappy.
