St. Stephen's Green is perfect on a sunny day when you want to spend your lunchbreak someplace else than McDonald's - loads of people lounging and ignoring the "don't step on the grass" sign.

Green spaces right in the middle of town, it looks like an old style park, a definate romantic atmosphere!

Feed the ducks, play on the bandstand, roll down the grassy verges, canoodle on the grass, eat bread and cheese in the shade, look at the pretty flowers, watch the people go by,read a novel on your own, eat ice cream in the sun, forget you’re in the city.
Paradise.

The headline park in the city - but I prefer the seclusion of Iveagh Gardens and the landscaping of Merrion Square. St. Stephens Green is due to be dug up when the work on the Metro begins (if it begins).

this park is a lovely clean park, its nice to go during the summer to sit out and have a bit of lunch when the weather is good, or just to come and lie back on the grass and switch off

I love Stephen’s Green, it is ideally located just off Grafton Street with beautiful flowers and statues of famous Irish people. Perfect for a family picnic on a nice, warm day. A must for tourist’s.

ahh stephens green, amazing place went to school right beside it and on sunny days id advise anyone to go to have a picnic or feed the ducks, very well kept park, just dont really go into the carasouls as drug users mainly sit in them!

St Stephen’s Green is a great open space located in the middle of Dublin. It is great to escape the hustle of the city streets and grab a quiet moment to sit and eat. Hopefully you will find a sunny day…..

I’m a bit of a connoisseur of city parks. St. Stephen’s Green is one of the best laid out green spaces in any city. It’s so tiny, yet when you step inside, you can forget you’re in the middle of a busy city center entirely. It’s also the friendliest place in Dublin on a bright sunny day. People spill out of their offices, shops, colleges, and homes to stroll in the paths or just lay around in the enclosed spaces or by the pond.

Lovely big park in the middle of Dublin. Well cared for and tidy with big open spaces and interesting gardens. Often art or other displays going on. Great place to go to get away from the bustle of the city, to chill out and relax. Lovely place.

Nice spot to take a break from shopping and feed the ducks!
It’s nice for lunch when the sun is shining. But I wouldn’t want to linger when it’s raining!

I love St Stephen’s Green, I like to go for a walk there whenever I get the chance. It is really big and spacious and there is a lot to see and do here. It is a good place to come to read a book or bring the family for a picnic as it is very peaceful. It is great for tourists to go to if they had enough of shopping as it is right beside Grafton Street.

I love this little park - it’s really a green haven in the middle of the city. It’s beautifully looked after and it’s very peaceful (apart from some traffic sounds in the distance). There’s a lovely little garden with Braille signs for the blind, raised up to waist height so that the plants can be smelt and felt, and the signs read easily. A great place to relax before plunging back into the frenzy of Dublin city life!

One of my favourite places to go on a Sunday afternoon. This extremely well-kept park often has music festivals in the summer and there are always artists exhibiting their paintings outside which gives the area a real bohemian flavour. Being right on Grafton Street, it’s a very easy park to get to and gives this most lovely of cities an extra special touch.
