Great haircut with Al yesterday evening!
This place is a gem. I've walked past so many times over the years when cutting through to Trafalgar Sq from Haymarket and never thought to pop in.
Thoroughly recommended.

Just been to here for my first haircut - and I was not dissappointed. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Friendly staff, lovely setting with a great, traditional old school feel. I had Marri who gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I have quite difficult, thick dry hair but she brought it under control with a scissor cut, and gave some very helpful advice on how to look after my hair. She could even tell what shampoo I used! I'll definitely be back, and would recommend the Pall Mall Barbers to anyone without hesitation.

I walked in at 14:20 today for my 14:30 appointment. I watched 2 other people come in AFTER me and immediately get taken to their seats. At 14:45 I walked out. I will never go back. Appointments are there for a reason and they weren't that busy. 2 guys went for their lunch break while I was sitting there.
It's a shame because my first time there when Amanda cut my hair everything was great.
Time to find a new barber who can keep to their schedule.

The first time I walked in without having an appointment and I ended up having my haircut with Marii who was the only one available. The second time I booked again with her because I liked the first cut, and I can only recommend the experience - she remembered about my rather difficult hair and was able to improve her styling strategy based on the previous experience. She also gave me useful advice for the future. Five stars for the place and for Marii (it's Marri on the website, but it's a mistake).

I walked in without an appointment, was greeted straight away and within 10 minutes was in a chair receiving a beard trim. Not only did I get a good shape/tidy but I left with helpful tips about my own grooming. I'll definitely be returning next time in in London.

So far I was there 3 times since I moved to the UK and a) so glad to live in a country with good hair dresser and b) am absolutely amazed by their skills. I have complicated and difficult hair, absolutely straight and super strong. There is a fine line how long they can be between too short-n-brushy and too heavy-and-not-flexible-for-styling. I was twice at Lea and one time with Marri. Both are amazing and I had the best haircuts in my life here. Personally I think Marri understood my hair better, I can strongly recommend both them them though.

Have had my hair cut 3 times so far here, and each time I have been very pleased. I have been going to my local barber for 3 years, but have now made Pall mall my regular place of visit.
Dan cut my hair each time, with great skill and banter, and have booked him in again! Am also going to try the shaving/beard shaping they offer, since that will most likely be top notch too!

Wow what an experience. Went to Pall Mall Barbers twice this week once for a beard trim (just started to grow a beard and wanted some help with the intial shape) and the second time for a hair cut, both times with Mark. The results were fantastic and Mark was amazing providing great customer service, easy to get on with and provided a fantastic cut. I've been to lots of high end salons in my time but have to say this is the best cut ever and he know what would work for me. I've had lots of comments from colleagues and friends on how good it looks! I live out of London (some 100 miles) but will be definitely making the effort to come back for a hair cut with Mark! RC.

I normally book an appointment at a local hairdressers. Although it was really good when it 1st opened it quickly declined with the ever changing barbers and having to constantly repeat how I would like my hair cut. Seeing as my hair is important in my line of business it was essential to find a barber who knew what was best for my type of hair, think hair with 3 crown, so not the easiest of hair to cut. I asked Mark to explain the best sorts of haircut to have that will suit my hair type. It was bang on and for the 1st time ever had 2 people compliment on my hair cut. I will be booking all my future visits with PMB even though it is not local to me and I would need to travel.

took the plunge and booked an appointment with Marii for a cut and wash after my friend Toby's recommendation, and i was not disappointed. appointment was on the 22/12/12 and i was greeted by Mark as i was a bit early, its always a bit daunting walking into a new barbers even at my tender age of 58 ( yes i still have hair ha ha ), but Mark was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away, when Marii was free she she introduced herself and welcomed me to PMB, and within 5 minutes of sitting in the chair, Marii advised exactly how my hair should be cut and styled !, and proceeded to give me the best haircut i have had, and i do mean that !. At long last a barbers i can visit with confidence as i am sure ALL the stylists are of the same highest standard and friendliness. I incorporated the visit with me going to watch my team Millwall as i do not travel to London to work, unfortunately we lost , but i am willing to risk it as i will be booking another appointment in January, just working out the home fixtures. thank you PMB and especially Marii. Had an appointment with Mark a couple weeks ago for a re-style. He brought out the ipad and we looked through a collection of styles for me to choose from. I opted for a James Dean type of look, saw the finished product, and then changed my mind and wanted to go even shorter. No problem at all. Mark was very nice and professional and clearly understands hair. I recommend getting in a booking over the weekend as from what I understand, the week can be super busy. I had chosen Mark because a friend recommended him to me... turned out to be a solid recommendation! I shall be returning.

Iv'e been coming to Pall Mall for about 6 months having found them on the web. Amelia always does a great cut and takes time to ensure its just right. Really good job. Highly Recommended.

Nice haircut. For the price of the haircut I could also see someone being arrested opposite to the barber shop ;) it was fun, will definitely come back. Keep it up guys.

I have just had a haircut and shave at Pall Mall Barbers and was blown away by the quality of shave and haircut and the helpfullness of the staff there.
My shave was with Erin. I found her exstreamly helpfull, polite and most of all brilliant at shaving. Its harsh to call it a shave as it felt like a spa treatment when I had my face massaged and exfoliated. She exsplained why everything was done and even gave me tips on how to shave at home (sounds daft but I have never been taught to shave properly so it was great to get advice on this)
The shave was followed up by what I consider to be the best haircut I have ever had and I have been to Trumpers, Murdocks and the rest of the high end barbershops and I have to say they didn't come close to the detail that the barber (whos name I have forgot) applied to my hair. He took time to have a long chat with me so they I got what I wanted . He washed my hair and again I feel harsh calling it a hairwash as I had an amazing scalp massage with the conditioner that makes your head tingle.
At the end of the haircut I was given styling tips for when I try to create the style at home and I feel confident I can do this as I now have the right products to use.
I dont usually write reviews but after reading the harsh one previously left I wanted people to know how great this barber shop really is and felt this was the best way to spread the word.
5 star exsperiance and I can't wait for my next visit.

PMB is the best place I have been to get my haircut.
I get my hair cut by Dan, and I am always satisfied with the job he does.
The atmosphere in the barbers is great, so along with the quality cut, this makes my trip to PMB an enjoyable experience!

I wouldn't go anywhere else in London. I've been coming here for the last year and I've never felt better about paying good money for a haircut. The guys know what they are doing, give solid advice, and cut like pros - I wasn;t used to this before and it's a pleasure to get my hair cut now. Also helps that they know how to have a good chat, and hire personalities. Excellent service and value for money.

Had been looking for a good quality barber in London for a while and Pall Mall barbers came up in an internert search. After having read the reviews I gave it a go and had my hair cut by Daniel - that was about a year ago and have been going back to him since and I also take my kids there now too. It is friendly, efficient and I always come away satisfied with my haircut. Highly recommended.
