was recommended by my sweet cousin, so decided to pay a visit before my long weekend away. no regrets, im not a regular anywhere but will defintely return again just before my holidays, she was an artist at brazilian waxing, you should give her a try. definitely a border line 4/5 star, maybe a 5 after next visit lol

I find it very suspicious that so many positive reviews appeared in such a short space of time, after the 1* review.

I also had a terrible experience - she was on the phone while doing my wax, it was painful and she told me off for 'not holding yourself right'. So humiliated. I wish I'd walked out and not paid.

I heard of this salon from my girlfriends. I was intrigued as soon as me and my friend walked in, the therapist worked hard and did a great job. I originally booked an appointment for the next day and had no problems as she decided to work over just to accommodate me, she was very friendly. I was given advice before she started on my waxing but I did like the way she talked through what I wanted. She was really lovely and did exactly what I needed. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions when I asked for advice. I felt really at ease and that was before she started. By the time I was having my waxing done I was really relaxed and properly enjoying the pampering. I had a fun conversation with the therapist too! I bounced out of there, all cheery – The therapist was friendly, the service and value exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going back again soon. Highly recommended!

I relocated to another area due to a new position, and decided to visit this salon after reading a couple of good reviews about the place, the reviews were on point, just as the place atmosphere and therapist were all described, the whole package was well wrapped. She gave me a good Hollywood waxing and I have every intention of bringing my friend with me on my next visit.

Fine enough salon and a experienced beautician, very polite and gentle. Fair priced for London centre, the therapist was very attentive and I was relaxed and comfortable. I had an arm and leg wax. So other treatments could be different.

Bloomsbury was flexible with my appointment and was friendly. The waxing was fantastic, the lady is lovely and I haven't had to go back for ages. I felt very comfortable as it is a small and friendly, customer focused salon. She is an expert at waxing, unlike staff at some other salons I have been to. I will be returning shortly.

I have been to many salons for my waxing and there is nowhere that I have been to that is even half as good as Bloomsbury Beauty and I compare this to some of the poshest salons in the classiest hotels inc high street departments. My therapist was not a false friendliness from a Chinese conveyor belt but very down to earth one. I was pleased with the service and the fact that I was acknowledged as a person with feelings. Also with many high street departments, this therapist did not overkill with hard sell, but gave me good advice instead Customers that have a problem with particular businesses or a particular person is a person that has a problem with themselves, it is a thoughtless motive to try to discourage others from using a business that it has taken a therapist single handily to grow from nothing to something. To tarnish someone is a thoughtless act. Give a person a chance. I have recommended this salon to all my friends, the therapist is great.

I have been a customer with Bloomsbury Beauty for many years and have had many treatments here. I tried out other beauticians closer to the new location of our office but have just come back to this salon because the beautician here always gets it right first time. She is very professional and knowledgeable so much so that I even trusted her with my beauty treatments coming up to my wedding. I have always appreciated that she is not overfamiliar with her customers. All in all I am a happy customer and would recommend this salon to anyone.

A nice beauty salon in the heart of London. A beautiful atmosphere once inside. She offered various treatments and definitely knew her stuff. The therapist also gave me tips on make-up. I had a wax and facial and very pleased with the results. The therapist was well presented, discrete and friendly whilst not becoming too personal. I've booked another future appointment with Bloomsbury.

This is as good as it gets. A quality wax and facial treatment customer service at an affordable price. I’ve also visited many salons in the past and paid a lot more for the same service, and even though they are good, this young lady gave me an exceptional valued service. She was really friendly and welcoming, greeted me politely and gave me detailed advice on various treatments. If you fancy a high star service for a reasonable price, then Bloomsbury Beauty is the place to visit.

I had booked a KGB deal for a brazilian wax. When I arrived, she was extremely rude, started arguing with me as i didn't 'print' my voucher, she was unable to accept it as she didn't have a system to monitor who came to her!!!! She literally started SHOUTING at me!!!! I was all zen from my yoga class, she immediately put a cloud over my day!
What a horrible person!!!!!!!!
Needless to say, I just cancelled my appointment, didn't want her waxing me anyway.
